The check-in was great — were able to get our room early at 11:00. The room (double Queen) was good sized, clean, modern and beautiful. The shower is incredible! The only issue we had with the room was there were three of us, and it was set up for two. We were able to get extra glasses, as the cleaning cart was close. I asked for extra washcloths and the housekeeper said they were in the laundry but would bring them later. She did not, and two washcloths for three people is not enough!

We came for a spa day, and were not disappointed. The spa area is gorgeous, the staff excellent, and their gear is up to date. Their prices however are higher than most. If you go to the spa, don’t order food. The service was extremely slow, and by the time we could eat it, the fries were cold and soggy. When I requested a replacement, they brought a very small order, a third the size of the original. The prices were high, almost $70 for a burger, two salads, two fries. As for the service, most were excellent. We all had massages, facials and pedis. My facial was not as enjoyable as it should have been, as the room and bed were cold, the piped in music too loud, and the therapist’s hands were really cold! I should have asked her if she could fix these things, but I didn’t want to be a whiner.

My reasons for giving a 4 instead of a five: The SMOKE! It was unavoidable! The lobby of the hotel was lightly smokey on a Monday morning, and I hate to imagine what it is like at a busier time. We went to Fai’s for dinner, expecting to stay and eat, but it is open to the gaming floor, which is extremely smokey. There is no escaping the smoke, and we all came away from our wait for food with headaches (allergic to cigarette smoke) and our clothes and hair smelling of smoke. Obviously, many people are not bothered by smoke, but it was way too much for us, and we will not be back.

I write this from the viewpoint of a hotel mystery shopper because that's what I do. POSITIVES: The spacious guest room had a sensored blue nightlight that was extremely convenient, along with plenty of electrical outlets, a safe, a minifridge, and very comfortable bed. Large bathroom was stocked with thick towels, soft water and an AMAZING rain shower head. Pool and fitness center had minimal issues. Eating outlets were varied, well priced and enjoyable. Free valet parking (although tips are greatly appreciated and should be given) and airport shuttle are two of the other inclusions. NEGATIVES: Guest room lighting was not great; curtains were sort of bunched/folded instead of hanging evenly. TV sound frequently dropped, and not just in my room; and the clock was 1 ' 15 " minutes off. Tiny wastebaskets didn't hold much, compounded by the lack of "housekeeping" as we know and expect--more on that later. A wastebasket under the bathroom vanity would be very convenient. While high quality amenities lacked makeup remover towelettes. Microwaves were only available by request from Housekeeping; I got the last one that weekend. So about "housekeeping": This hotel offers evening "turndown service" in lieu of daily room remake service, yet strangely enough, there is no actual 'turndown' of the beds. Trash is emptied, water bottles replaced, towels are removed and replaced, and 2 SpoKandy pieces were placed.

All reservation only on SuperBowl Sunday. Very professional reservation process. We received confirmation phone call. $50 minimum food/drink per person is pretty easy to achieve during a 4 hour game. Awesome TV’s to watch sports. Staff was very friendly. We were free to come & go without losing our table. It’s our table for the entire day.

We parked in the RV park for 4 nights in early July. We found the interior roads easy to navigate and each site had a nice concrete pad and a patch of green grass next to it. Our pull through site was plenty long enough and wide enough for our 40ft fifth wheel. It was hot when we were there and unfortunately the park is quite new and the trees are not yet big enough to provide shade. While the park was nice, it was pricey! What ever happened to casinos with inexpensive RV parking. At over $75 a night this is not a bargain. They do offer a 15% discount for players card holders and they give points, but no one mentioned this at check in. When we got our card the second day at the casino, we learned of the discount. So we went into the office and asked for an adjustment. We were told they could only adjust for the nights we hadn’t stayed yet. They couldn’t adjust the first 2 nights. Really? Why not? Wouldn’t that be good customer service? And by the amount of new construction, they obviously aren’t suffering financially. Anyway, the location, while convenient to the casino (they offer a shuttle), restaurants, a convenience store, and a movie theater, it is not very quiet. There is a busy road nearby as well as air traffic at times. Unfortunately there isn’t much to pick from in this area when we are heading back to the Seattle/Tacoma area. So we will probably stop here again for a day or two when passing through, but this time I’ll at least be prepared and get the discount. Also, they are super picky about early check in and there check in time is 1:00. It would have worked better for us to come in a little early and we called and were told we couldn’t check in until 1:00. Also there was a man arguing with the desk about the fact he was pulling out late and was going to be charged an entire extra day as it was just minutes after 2 o’clock. Be aware of there check in and check out times and policies. Most places are much more flexible and while many charge for late check out it isn’t usually an entire extra night. As for the casino, good food in the Asian restaurant but tight casino slots.

We celebrated our sons 17th birthday at Northern Quests Top Golf indoor facility. We had 7 people in our party and reserved 2 hrs in the suite. The suite has a great selection of games, so everyone had a moment to shine with their talents. The only part which kind of diminishes some of the fun is that you have to chase the ball after you throw it, instead of having it come back to you. That might be something you have to experience to understand.

The food was good, we had nachos and fries to tied us over. For 7 of us to play for 2 hrs, with 6 pops, three alcohol beverages, nachos, fries and a tip the total came to $150. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. We have our next reservation already set for next month.

It started at check in. The staff was very friendly and professional. Great customer service. The room we had for our stay was phenomenal! Very clean and very high end. The room was large and the shower was especially wonderful. I would definitely stay here again. We were lucky enough to get in on their annual room sale so we got all this for an affordable price. It was a great way to start our vacation!!

We had to travel from the Tacoma area to Spokane for a funeral. I booked a 3 day stay to include the day of the funeral. Initially I had a problem trying to book because they were having a big influx of people because of a concert but the nice reservation agent transferred me to VIP rep because she said I had been there and played so much, I was now a VIP status. Heather in VIP dept. assured me that we could get a room and she booked us. We were on the 10th floor in a double queen and the room was wonderful, quiet, cozy, the beds were so comfortable. I can't say enough good about them. Every staff person we came in contact with had a smile and a greeting, to include the housekeeping staff! We have stayed in several casino resort properties in Washington and Oregon and to me, this place is the best. We gambled and I actually won, so that made the trip memorable for me!! Thank you Northern Quest, we will be back!

Due to CoVid, the valet parking is suspended.

The line to check in was too slow. They needed more staff.

Due to CoVid, unfortunately the luggage storage is closed. I wish they would have this open in case you don't want to leave stuff in your car and you don't want it in your room.

The luggage carts are good. More places should copy this style of luggage carts.

The room was nice with a fridge, but unfortunately no microwave. The air conditioner The bedding is good and there are plenty of outlets. The audio on the TV would sometimes briefly cut out.

The bathroom is nice. The shower is awesome. I like the shampoo and really liked the soap. The towels are nice.

Due to Corona Virus, they don't do maid service. They should have given us more towels and TP. However, when we called for more supplies, they probably arrived in less than 10 minutes.

In the closet is a nice bathrobe and a folding luggage holder.

I don't know where the water from the tap comes, but I was surprised it was such good water.

If you just stayed in the hotel, you can probably avoid the stench of cigarette smoke. Unfortunately the casino is smokey. I couldn't find a way to avoid the smoke while getting to some restaurants. Our hair (and I would assume clothes) smelled of smoke.

I like this place and would return if in the area again. I was disappointed the luggage storage area was closed and it would be nice if the smoke was able to be avoided.

Fun time at the slots and eating at Fat Burger. However I hope we don't get sick due to many persons not wearing a mask even though it was senior day. The machines looked clean and we did see people sanitizing. The staff here was very nice. We will think twice about going again due to persons not wearing masks.
