Hotel is modern and clean, great location just a five minute or so walk to the subway. There are lots of choices for dining within a couple block radius of the hotel. The staff is extremely friendly. Especially Hakim the bar tender!!!!!!!
Though I was only in town for less than 24 hours, my stay was very nice. I had two bottles of water awaiting me in my nice, clean, airconditioned room after a fast and friendly front desk check-in with restaurant guides, information on in-hotel dinning options and maps to near by locations. The room was the appropriate size with two queen beds, very clean and had a very nice view of the streets below and building and businesses surrounding the hotel. I had to iron my suit for the next day and used the in-room ironing board and iron. The next morning, I made coffee in my room with coffee pot and coffee supplies provided as I got ready for the day. I had supplies of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap and lotion provided by the hotel and a hair dryer if needed. As I went to check out, the staff again were professional, friendly and offered to hold my luggage while I attended my business meeting. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant and the location would be perfect to come back for a site-seeing trip around D.C. as the location was less than 2 miles from D.C. in a beautiful section of downtown Arlington with a great many restaurants close by. When I return with my family to do this trip, we will stay at Hyatt Centric Arlington.…
We just returned from a week long family trip to Washington DC and we could not be happier with this hotel. The location cannot be beat, just steps away from the Rosslyn Metro and surrounded by lots of great restaurants and a Target nearby! The hotel was very clean and well decorated, the front desk staff and housekeeping staff were all very friendly and helpful. Room cleaning is by request, so we needed to request clean towels/washcloths every day and they were always delivered promptly. There is a wonderful bar with several food offerings in the lobby as well as a restaurant on the second floor that serves a buffet breakfast each morning. The breakfast was definitely overpriced for what you get, but very convenient and quick. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit DC.…
Nice place to say, very welcoming staff. Does not clean your room daily, you have to ask for it. Did not restock supplies as needed. Could hear other hotel guests due to doors not being more sound proof. The bed comfort level was amazing.
Safe, clean upscale hotel with modern decor, full amenities, and excellent customer service. Great location with easy access to Alexandria and Washington DC within 15 to 20 minutes. On-site parking with designated parking for oversized vehicles was a great plus.
The bar tender is amazing!!!! The hotel is very clean and loved my stay with great service but could not speak high enough of Hakim!! Great guy wish I could speak more of him!!! Great conversations, great drinks, amazing all around!
Thank you Hakim, you were awesome! You made this trip amazing!! He truly deserves employee of the year. This hotel wouldn’t be able to manage without this amazing bartender Hakim. Overall the Hyatt is a great hotel and if you end up coming to visit make sure you go to the bar and say hello to Hakim.
Hakim was the best bartender I’ve had in a long time! Great service and very conversational! Overall great experience! Would 100% recommend to anyone whose coming in the area. Once again thank you Hakim for the great service, hope to see him soon again.
Hakim the bartender made our night. We went for our friends 21st and he was so understand and funny. He really improved our whole experience. I would come back just for the bar is hakim is behind it! He knows exactly how much to pour for each person and is both responsible and fun!
This Hyatt is centrally located in DC. Next to Metro. Breakfast was delicious and staff very accommodating. Views from upper floors were fantastic. We had a room on the 15th floor and the only downside was that the room was quite small for the 4 of us. I believe it to be the smallest room I have ever stayed in, in a hotel. Overall, a great place to stay while in Arlington!
