I'm lifetime Gold with Marriott, but have never stayed at a Le Meridien before, so I was excited to give this a try. The hotel is in a beautiful tower, but it shares the space with condos, and it looks like the owners have the highest floors. I was upgraded to a nicer room that came with a free breakfast, but no concierge lounge (not sure of they had one). The room was nice complete with a soaking tub/shower combo. Decor was trendy. No real view to speak of. I chose the hotel because of the location close to DCA - its less than 10 minutes away. I wouldn't stay here as a base for Washington DC. Too far away from the action. Parking is reasonable - anywhere from $15 to $30 per night depending on the day of the week and when you get there. Staff was excellent. Professional, courteous and efficient. The exercise room looks ot be shared with the condos, so its definitely on the nicer side. Lots of machines and cardio equipment to choose from. Bar and restaurant looked nice, but I didn't eat or drink there.

Such an incredible stay at Le Meridien! The rooms were so clean, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location is SUPERB! I ESPECIALLY was a fan of Douglass at the cafe downstairs where they offer complimentary coffee in the morning! So welcoming, smiley, and helpful! Really enjoyed getting to know him and appreciated our conversations throughout my stay. The gym was also beautiful and clean and open 24/7! Hope to be back soon!

This is my first trip and my first review in a long time. We were in DC for a series of meetings and booked 4 rooms at the Le Meridien. The staff was the best. I want to commend Rose and Jonathan who we interacted with the most, but all the staff was great. The rooms were clean, the noise level low and despite the limited services, we were appreciated by the hotel. As a platinum Marriott member, I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to DC and highly recommend this hotel.

1. They had no rooms ready for anyone - one person checked in at 1PM per conversation I had in the elevator and couldn't get a room until 4:30PM. I couldn't get my room until 5PM. 2. Wifi is not free 3. Parking - they only have a few number of key fobs for in and out parking; if they run out, boohoo for you. You have to deal with it and pay $6 each time you go in and out. That's not what they advertise. I called before our stay and all they said was keyfobs were available. No detail that there were a limited number and you'd be screwed otherwise. Bottom line- don't stay here; there's fees left and right and get ready to have your room not ready in time for you even past check in time.

No valet. Bad cleaning practices. Bathroom had hair on many different surfaces when I walked in. Never seen a bed made like this—there is literally a nappy, pilly blanket between the mattress and the sheet. You can feel it through the sheets. NO mattress cover on mattress. Front desk acted like this is normal. Would never ever recommend this dump.
