Our family rented the Inn for three days and really enjoyed the hospitality we were treated to at LRI. The innkeepers, Mary Ann & Tucker took care of everything with constant smiles. The Inn is very homey and we were treated to amazing breakfasts during our stay. The hamlet of Aldie is just off the beaten path and has just...

We have been visiting the Little River Inn for about ten years. We're never disappointed. Beautiful rolling hills. Gracious hosts. Always comfortable. The breakfast is always delicious. Plan to kick back and relax when you visit. :-)

My husband and I needed a quiet night away to celebrate our anniversary and loved staying at the Little River Inn. The grounds include a quaint patio, antiques, fireplaces. It was homey with friendly co-habitants for the delicious breakfast. Every room was fascinating and cozy. We really loved the extra service and support from the innkeepers who went out of...

The Little River Inn is n old home with all the minor inconveniences a home this age would show. Don't expect the Marriott bathrooms or spa but do expect the best breakfast; inventive, delicious and more than enough, certainly east of the Mississippi. I've stayed at man b&b and thisone feels anything but commercial. Theer are wonderful "public" rooms where...

We stayed at Little River Inn for four nights after our wedding. We decided to stay here as we were looking for a place to stay away from our home (about 20 minutes away) to retreat at night after spending the days with family while our family stayed at our home. During our stay, except for the first night, we...

I'm a bit of an unusual traveler in that I'm at this lovely homey inn during a business trip and alone. I wanted a break from the Hiltons and Marriotts and stopped over on a Sunday. The inn is minutes from about five or more charming wineries (Leaves of Grass had favorite hosts, Chrysalis has wonderful wines). The rooms are...

Drive just 1/2 hour west of Dulles, and you are in peaceful VA countryside. Pull up to the Inn and you breathe a sigh of contentment. Already the travails of travel are slipping away. The innkeepers have created a most comfortable b&b atmosphere, with all the amenities, but keeping the quaintness of this historic set of buildings. They made our...

We've had the pleasure of staying at the Little River Inn for a business event that has brought us to the area every October for the last ten years or so. Staying at the Inn is a little bit like a trip to Granny's house: everything is comfortingly in its usual place, your cozy room is awaiting you at night,...

“The wifi is weak because of the area that it's in. I use my laptop in the sitting room (common room) to get the best signal.”

“We were upgraded to the log cabin, and LOVED the authenticity they were able to keep of the building, yet it still had a/c and modern amenities. Beds SO comfy! Great atmosphere, and a lovely veranda outside your door.”
