After staying here several times over the last few months, I can honestly say we have never been disappointed. The facility is an older building that shares a parking lot with another hotel and fast food restaurant at a busy intersection. Though the setting is less than ideal, this small property is clean, quiet and comfortable. We found the staff...

Nice place, good location but I was charged $35.00 per night for a 7 pound Chihuahua. In my experience the additional pet fee is usually per stay, not per night. I won't be staying here again. There are too many other hotels in the area that are pet friendly.

We stayed at this hotel over the Thanksgiving weekend. The hotel is Old but the rooms have been kept up. We were traveling with a dog so it was a nice to stay on the first floor. Breakfast was nice and fresh every morning and the Lady who was working in the Breakfast area remembered us each morning we came...

We take a lot of road trips with our two young daughters and our dog and stay in a lot of hotels. I always read a lot of reviews mostly because I want to ensure that my daughters (and my husband and I) are somewhere clean. This hotel got a lot of positive reviews, took dogs and had nearby restaurants...

While visiting family in Abingdon we stayed at this property. The breakfast area is very well maintained by one of the loveliest sweet southern ladies ever! Food is always fresh and she makes sure everything is well supplied. We checked in late on a Thursday evening and the gentleman at the front desk was so pleasant and efficient. The rooms...

As we looked up reviews and values we knew that we could have confidence in the Holiday Inn Express experience. This location did not disappoint. We got a Saturday night room on short notice and it was a spacious room with very little outside noise. Comfortable and clean and relaxing after a long day on the road. Breakfast was nice,...

Thank you for your recent review and feedback of your stay at our hotel. We certainly apologize for the issue you had.
