Great stay! Ethan was so kind to drive us out to The Domain and point out all the areas we should check out even when they were short staffed. He was very knowledgeable about the area and made sure we arrived safely.

The best part about this stay was the live music in the evening. I would stay here again. However, we booked a suite and it had popcorn ceiling. I just couldn't digest it lol but otherwise it was great!

I had the pleasure of staying at the Renaissance Hotel Austin Abortoreum Area. The staff was tremendous all around from the check-in to the housekeepers and the bartenders/waitresses. This hotel has an outdoor and indoor pool, fitness center and huge atrium area. It also has many rooms to hold a conference. Overall, the place to be as you are surrounded by shops and restaurants and plenty to do.

What a wonderful hotel. The minute you arrive, there are people ready to take care of you. I visited with a friend who was disabled and both upon arriving and leaving the hotel, Colin Molloy assisted my friend and I with everything to make our time in Austin easier. He went above and beyond and with a smile. A young man truly who enjoys his job and knows what customer service is. We really appreciated him. The hotel is huge. Very beautiful place. I would stay their again in a heartbeat.

Bellhops - COLIN, ETHAN, & HOWARD were some of the finest in the business. All 3 were helpful throughout my stay. I'm handicapped and each of those men assisted me daily with parking, luggage, my ice chest for the homeless project up to the room and back down and reloaded in the truck for the I-35 corridor of homeless in the Austin area North and South. COLLIN checked on me several times a day to make sure that I was okay. Ethan always had a story to tell to make me laugh and Howard is a true professional helping others. Your company should be proud of all 3 men. The front desk staff were friendly and hospitable with my checking in/out and smiling when I would go by the desk in the morning and getting the team all fired up. I would FIRE IT UP, they would repeat the saying. It was a tool used in our VFW Membership Training at the Hotel this week. Housekeeping did a great job in maintaining my room each day - Kuddos to them too. OVERALL = OUTSTANDING and I can't wait until my next visit to see the wonderful staff so full of energy and hospitality. THANK YOU, Mr. Day.....
