The rooms are very big and nicely decorated. Excellent vibe and location, everything you need is walking distance. The Coffee, tacos and drinks are great, you definitely have to try it. Matias on the front desk was super helpful and Kind all the time.

Great service and hotel. After a long day of rerouted flights, we arrived at the hotel at 3am. Kelly at the front desk welcomed us with a warm smile and went out of her way to find us some healthy food. That first impression was huge and we were not disappointed with the consistent great service from other hotel staff too. The decor of the lobby also left an impression. Loved the indoor outdoor design and eclectic decor. The location of the hotel is so perfect as well, right on the bank of Austin river and adjacent to south Congress bridge. Loved it, and will stay here again upon our return to Austin.

What a gorgeous hotel! Even the halls had a moody feel that I found very cozy. They put me on the top floor facing the city and I didn't want to leave the room. The bed was soooo luxuriously comfortable, the mini bar had great options, the gym had everything you'd want, the toiletries and mini bar were excellent, and the people were very friendly (shout out to Bella at reception). This was a treat for myself and I only stayed one night, but I have always wanted to stay downtown with a nice view and this was perfect. Only two less good notes were the defunct TV menu and the parking cost. Parking overnight downtown is criminally expensive and this was no different, but all the hotels now charge $50, so they're just keeping in step, and the valet here was very nice. It's required though, so bring cash to tip! Anyway, if I could afford it, I think I'd book myself a room here from time to time when in town just to indulge. I didn't even have a chance to use the lovely pool or lakeside lounge! Spectacular facilities.…

This is a beautiful hotel with beautiful views. It is a big hotel with good vibes. I love the patio area that they had setup. Their pool was also very clean compared to other hotels. I overall had an amazing experience.

i had a wonderful time during my stay at the hotel! The staff was very friendly and hotel was super central to everything. The pool is amazing!!!! We had some issues initially with the specia rate we locked in but they delivered and resolved any issues we had right away. will definiately come back and stay there again.

My husband and I came to Austin for our Anniversary. The Line Hotel was the absolute perfect stay for our vacay. Bella went above and beyond to make our stay the best. We had a great time in Austin and this hotel made the trip that much better! We got a high floor suite overlooking Congress bridge. Room was spacious, clean, cool decor, and very accommodating to our toddler. I was obsessed with the little coffee shop and the taco place, plus drinks at the bar were great. Nice walking paths backing up to the hotel. Recommend to others and will return!

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with exceptional service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. First and foremost, I must mention the pool bar and Spencer, the talented bartender. The drinks at the pool bar were absolutely fantastic, and Spencer's expertise and friendly demeanor made each visit a memorable one. The poolside experience was elevated by his skillful mixology and the vibrant energy of the bar. Another highlight of my stay was the delightful baristas at Alfred's. They consistently provided exceptional service with a genuine smile, creating the perfect start to my mornings. Their friendly and attentive nature added an extra touch of warmth to my overall experience. The overall vibe of the hotel is undeniably cool and stylish, creating an ambiance that is both trendy and comfortable. The attention to detail in the decor and design truly adds to the unique character of The LINE, making it a standout destination. I must give special recognition to Preston, a member of the hotel staff who went above and beyond to ensure my birthday celebration was unforgettable. Check in process was very smooth, we even got to check in early! Which is a huge plus. Especially after a long travel day. Bella and Matthias were so friendly and lovely to chat with during our check in. They made a great first impression of the hotel. Will definitely recommend to all our friends and family who come and visit Austin! The rooms are updated and spacious. And the outdoor pool area is so lovely to hangout in. Showers are big and the water pressure is great. Highly recommend!
