The room was amazing in the king balcony suite. We loved the bath tub! Sam at the pool was great at making us feel welcome and taken care of. Great location around the corner from all the shops. We didn't quite know if the robes were complimentary to use or for purchase only since they had the price on them. We also had to call down to check the prices on the alcohol in the ice box. Maybe a small menu of everything in the room would be my only opportunity to mention. Overall, great stay and hopefully we can come again!

Super comfortable bed and pillow! The location was great. Numerous restaurants and shopping nearby. Free parking in the garage right next to the hotel. Next time I will bring my wife for a great romantic get away!

Great stay at The Archer. The hotel is lovely and location is in the heart of a fun shopping and dining area. The room was nice and the gym had good variety of equipment. The dining experience was great too. I particularly appreciated the outstanding guest service from Julien! I'll be back.

A great hotel for business travel to Austin. Before arriving and after you leave you are getting helpful texts from the team, the room is beautiful snd spacious with all the extras, and location is perfect (The Domain). Definitely returning.

Hands down, one of the best experiences I have had EVER! The Archer Hotel staff was simply amazing in all capacities. I was there to host a large service event and the care, consideration & support by the event staff, hotel staff and everyone was beyond my expectations. The staff at The Archer are top notch. Hanh, Barbara and Kaleigh handled every change, request and question I had with ease, friendliness and professionalism. I had a business event with many attendees and no matter what I threw at them they made it work. Barbara was quick, efficient and highly communicative. I can't say enough good things about my experience. The Archer is lucky to have all of them.

Lovely hotel and super friendly, attentive staff. It’s in a great location too, surrounded by fab eateries and bars and lots of shopping. Absolutely loved my room. The mural added so much charm, the shower was blissful and the bedding soft and dreamy.

Another incredible stay at The Archer. Michaela, Ric and the entire guest services team from my arrival to departure went above and beyond to make sure my stay was exceptional. The valet team was prompt and courteous and the in-room dining exceeded every expectation. You can tell the entire staff is a level above any other property in the Austin/Domain area. We arrived at the hotel around 10 pm after an 8-hour drive in. We were assigned Room 324 which sits at the end of the hallway, closest to the elevator across from the utility room. I think a conference was in town, because the elevator ran continuously all night, with several people opting to talk, in the area right in front of the elevator. We also had the pleasure of getting a great view that overlooked several HVAC units that sit right outside your window, which you will hear all night. This WAS our go-to hotel ever time we come to Austin.

2 stars for the location since you can't beat it for anything related to the Domain (business, dining, shopping) etc. However, the gentleman checking me in at 9:45pm couldn't be bothered to explain anything except that my dining options "already ended at 10:00pm." Don't sell yourself as a full-service property for business travelers. Mattress fine, pillows about the firmness of 2 pieces of paper, low water pressure quality. For the price ($400), you're better off taking your dollars somewhere else. Not again.
