The hotel itself was fine. Staff was friendly and responsive. BUT THE SPA! Horrible: It is very expensive and they add a 20% tip on top of that 'for your convenience'. My massage therapist didn't give me the massage I ordered, and didn't read the intake form. I got the worse massage of my life! I mentioned my 'disappointment' in the locker room when another person asked my how it was. He replied that he said that is not unusual! Don't waste your time or money!

What a fun place to stay. From check in to check out the staff was so helpful and friendly. Nate met us at the door and we had a friend for the weekend. Luis was so kind at Laurel restaurant and let us order whatever we wanted at any time. We were not planning on hanging out at the hotel but then we never wanted to leave. We will be back!

Sumo offered spectacular service! Dinner was amazing and we will most definitely be back. The food was fresh and vibrant, very tasty and delicious. Simo was attentive though not overbearing and a joy to have serving us.

Hari was amazing! Very nice man and patient. He seemed to be the only waiter on the floor with so many tables, but he kept his positive attitude and smiley personality the whole time. Definitely made sure my fiancé and I enjoy our dinner. Food was also very good! We even talked about coming back and staying at the hotel again because of this dining experience. Thank you, Hari! The hostess was also very nice and sat us under the tree because I had mentioned how I thought it would be cute! Will be back!

I had a good stay. The hotel and facilities were very nice. It was very quiet so had a good sleep. We were out most of the day so I didnt get to enjoy the pool or bar. Only slight issue was that I didnt expect a resort fee. But I would definitely stay here again.
