When we walk in this hotel we’re feel comfortable This hotel is very clean and Cozy have beautiful views The hotel staff is very friendly and comfortable ,I’m will recommend friends and family to stay this hotel
We stayed at The Granduca for a couple of nights for a getaway weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The hotel is beautiful; the service is excellent, and it's in a great location. If you enjoy hiking, the Wild Basin Preserve is just across Highway 360, and the Barton Creek Greenbelt is just down the road, both of which offer lovely outdoor experiences! And the trails are not crowded in the winter!
I booked a room for my birthday and upon check in the front desk agent was really nice and sang to me and then upgraded my room to a suite i wish I remembered hername cause she deserves a shoutout. Love the ambiance, a good Texas meets Rome kind of feels. Food was tasty our server Simo took great care of us. Overall would comeback specially if i need an escape from the city
As a result of a power failure at our high-rise, we were forced to seek shelter elsewhere. After a few nights in two other hotels, we found our way to Granduca. What a relief! Comfortable suite, friendly and welcoming staff, lovely property. We enjoyed the pool, fitness and outdoor cocktail area. Our little dog was also welcomed and there were plenty of nice areas to walk. Although it wasn’t a planned vacation, it was a welcome respite.
This is a great location in that it is tucked away making it easy to fell like you're more remote than you really are. The room was nice as was the staff. The restaurant turns out great flavors. Friday & Saturday they had live music which fit the venue well. The pool area feels secluded and gets a nice breeze. For the size of the hotel I would expect a larger pool and there was only one bartender serving all the pool guests. So, it took a good while to get drinks. I found it strange that in a non-big box hotel with a higher end boutique feel, they still don't have housekeeping do anything but pick up trash and bring new towels if you ask for them. If you want the bed made they will check to see if they can make that happen. I thought that was just something they did at major chain hotels. In total, it was a nice stay. It's secluded, well furnished and very closely accessible to several greenbelts if you're up for a walk in nature just mins away.…
A magical weekend at The Granduca Austin. The wagyu cheeseburger was exceptional and in the morning, the lemon ricotta pancakes were decadent. The hotel is the definition of elegant with top notch service. Troy (the bartender) was quick to get us what we needed and lived up to every expectation. This is the only place I'll stay on my trips to Austin. As always, Thank you for the exceptional stay.
The location is great it is right of Capital of Texas highway which puts you close to everything. The valet team was very attentive the entire week and made coming back to the hotel after a long day at work pleasant. The room was spacious very clean and of course a great view of the hills. If looking for luxury hotel this one checks all the boxes. My only thing I recommend is bar training. The gentleman at the bar were nice but they are slow and not as attentive as they can be. When they were very busy on cinco de mayo I could see their patience with the guest go quickly out the window. I was a staying guest at the hotel and the bartender snapped at me when I was trying to close my check. The hotel manager did see this and happen and offered to close my check and comped my pizza. He didnt have to do that but as the hotel manager his attention to detail was a level 10. I did on my last night there have a better bar experience with a younger male bartender. Overall I would stay at this hotel 10000 times over and it is the only place I like staying when i visit Austin for work.…
My family and i had a wonderful stay at Hotel Granduca. We were taken good care of by Lulu through out our stay. What a GEM! We enjoyed the food at Visconti Restaurant and my little girls enjoyed the heated pool. The complimentary bottle of wine in the room is a great touch! All in all, we are happy about our experience.
Our trip was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and pleasant. We didn’t use hardly any of the amenities so I can really only talk about our room, The bed was very comfortable. If we were to visit again I would try to visit the pool and other areas available to guests.
We were here for one night. The hotel is North West of Austin proper and just South of Round Rock. The location is in the forest, heavily treed and rolling hills. It was beautiful. The only other structure on the same road as this hotel is the Apple Facility. Since we were there on a weekend that facility was empty. The hotel is decorated in formal, Italian Renaissance style. Beautifully done. The room was large, with a microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker with plenty of coffee and tea choices. The bathroom was extensive, with a large walk-in shower. I slept like a baby in the comfortable king size bed. I definitely recommend this hotel.
