Checking in at the Hilton was a joy. Robert was super professional and was a huge help. He's a class act and is the reason we will come back time and time again. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Robert for making it a delight.

Hotel's Favorite
Super nice hotel right where the action is downtown. Front desk personnel are friendly, courteous, and helpful. The Starbucks in the lobby was open early Thanksgiving day, which I really appreciated given nothing else was open nearby early in the morning. This hotel does allow pets, just so you know. I love a good dog as well as good dog owners who can negate the barking. A few dog owners lacked either common courtesy or the willingness to make life more pleasant for their pets. Happy dogs do not bark.

We had the pleasure of staying last Wednesday, Thursday and Friday – the hotel was beautifully and tastefully decorated. Hector checked us in and remembered us throughout our stay. He is a GEM and I hope you move him up the ranks! There was a young-looking gray-haired bartender that served us twice. He had a way about him, as if he anticipated the next move…. He was aware of his surroundings in a charming way. Such a nice guy 😊 You have a HEATED pool!!! So when the rain finally stopped, we were able to take a dip and relax under your famous big, bright stars. There is coffee (Starbucks) in the lobby so you can wake up and really get your day started! We visited the area to see family but invited them to stay the night after we saw the accommodations. This hotel really made our trip to Austin one to remember – the ambience and the staff were just wonderful. The only down side was that there were signs around the lobby for the ‘Austin Taco Project’ for which we couldn’t actually find.

We are thrilled to hear you enjoyed your stay with us, but more importantly that it was our team that made all the difference. I will be sure to personally thank Hector and Shane for taking good care of you. Please come back and see us when all the hotel's amenities (like Austin Taco Project) as well as Austin's venues, attractions, and restaurants are back on line!

This was one of the stops I made while traveling cross country from Florida to California. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The best part was that they gave us choice to have breakfast at the Starbucks or their restaurant (that’s open on the weekend). We are diamond members and our last couple stops we felt that we really haven’t had any perks because of Covid. I would recommend!

Check-in was quick and easy through the app. Robert at the front desk was great in getting us physical keys and answering all of our questions. He was very accommodating and informative. The room and view were amazing. Room and common areas were very clean. Location of the hotel was perfect, we were able to walk and pick up dinner with-in 30 minutes. In the evening Bruce at the front desk was also very accommodating. Really appreciated him going out of his way to help us find a wine key after the bar had closed. He was very professional and hospitable. Shout out to the front desk for being consistent and accommodating at all times, this is often rare. The rooftop area is also a perfect place to catch the sunset.
