This place is so shady!! I couldn't stay because the mold in the A/C unit made me sick and there was cockroaches in my room. Dried up puke in the hall.. I booked it through Expedia call them to cancel they called the hotel to okay it. I only asked for a refund on the days I did NOT stay.... More

Reserved this stay online and my reservation form stated Crestwood Suites of Austin. When we arrived, it's an InTown Suites. Reserved a non-smoking room, yet the place reeks of stale cigarette smoke. I'm told by reception that InTown Suites are smoking hotels. No breakfast and the room air conditioner didn't work, but was later fixed. Room had disposable ashtrays, was... More

Not the best but not the worst hotel. It was liveable for an extended period of time for extended stay living environment. Business trip for a few months. Close to restaurants and shopping but not convenient walking distance.

Went to Austin for a football game and had a hard time finding a room because of the formula one race in town - never stayed at this place. Random notes from my stay: No TP (at all in the bathroom) The towels I use to wash my car are of higher quality than the one's provided (these cheap towels... More

I stayed here a couple of weeks recently. There are some touches you don't find everywhere like an ironing board and a hair dryer. There had been a real effort to make sure the room was clean, mostly, and the rooms are homey. It doesn't have the industrial feel of most Intown Suites. I found what looked like crumbled up Cheetos... More

Worst place I have EVER stayed. NO service, NO respect, but there were plenty of bugs, DONT STAY here. I asked for a clean towel and was told they do not offer towels. Good thing I didn't need toilet paper because I am sure they would not have given me any. They told me they are really targeting the local... More

Cleaning up is not what is done here. Was supposed to clean the room on weekly stays but didn't. Smell more like they sprayed cleaner to make it look like they cleaned. Changed there name, doesn't matter, still going to be the se hole as it was. Bugs. Yep. And lots of them. Fleas, roaches and those little flying gnats... More

Worst place I have ever stayed. Filthy, smelly, nothing worked including the TVs, the towel bars fell off the walls, my cousin's room had roaches, I believe ours had bed bugs and I have the bites to prove it! We nicknamed the place Zombieland and that was a compliment. The only good thing I can say about Crestwood was the... More

The first room had a powerful noise that was ear-shattering, moved to another room. Only working elevator on opposite side of building, odor of marijuana wafted throughout hall, stairwells dirty, carpet stained, smelled. Door wouldn't close completely but could be locked. 2 windows wouldn't open, the third one wouldn't close. Televisions didn't work. 1/2 roll of toilet paper. Floor not... More
