AT&T Center located in the heart of Austin’s University of Texas campus and just a couple of blocks from the Bullock State of Texas History Museum. This was our third stay and The Covid changes were obvious. No valet parking, coffee bar closed, only one hotel restaurant open. But front desk gets five stars for sorting out a reservation snafu with a third party seller. Reserve DIRECT with the hotel! Generic but comfortable room. Convenient no fee garage parking. Attractive lobby with several seating areas. Friendly staff, especially front desk. I recommend this hotel; a good place to stay in Austin.

My wife and I stayed here with our kids for a sanity break during COVID. The property was very clean and we felt very comfortable with all the precautions the hotel took. Excellent location to explore UT, the drag, and relax in the pool. Rooms were very nice, updated, and had an amazing view of the UT tower. The concierge, Mike S., had excellent advice about dinner picks and sights in walking distance. Highly recommend trying the on site restaurant! Great food!

This was our first time to stay at the AT&T Hotel. We paid for the upgrade to have the UT Tower view and it was worth the extra cost. The rooms are well designed and have everything that a luxury hotel would have available. We ate dinner and breakfast there. Even though the menu is more limited than usual, the food was very good. I worked out at the fitness center and it had all the equipment that I needed. There is also an area in the middle of the hotel where you can sit outside in a garden area. The staff are friendly and are all wearing masks. We would stay there again, especially when there is a UT football game as we parked at the AT&T Hotel and walked to the game.

I recently attended a convention at this hotel. It is a nice size facility with lots of room for multiple conventions or seminars. The rooms are clean and spacious and the valet guys out front are very polite and welcoming. The front desk staff are friendly but were not very informed about the details of the convention I was attending at their facility. When you walk in the front lobby you will need to go up one floor to get to the front desk which is a bit odd. It has a couple of restaurants on site one of which is a pub style and the other fine dining. With the location being on the university campus there are not a lot of restaurants close by so be prepared to walk or cab if going off site. One thing to be aware of is credit card hacking. I believe it was from my cab ride to and from the airport and not the hotel. I would suggest using cash for payment to avoid any potential issues.

I stayed at this hotel while attending a conference and had a great experience. Loved the lobby, which had indoor and outdoor seating and a fireplace! Room was updated and stylish yet comfortable. Our room had a balcony which we loved. Wifi worked well. The location is good as well – the hotel is walking distance to downtown Austin, in the middle of the University of Texas/Austin campus. The service was friendly. I had a drink at the hotel bar, left my notebook there, and the next day a solicitous waiter had stored it away for safekeeping – much appreciated! All good at the AT&T Executive Education and Conference Center, although they might want to think of a zippier name for a hotel :-) . Only quibble was the parking lot – there were various sections cordoned off with ominous and icky pools of what looked like sludge.
