It's a place to sleep and that is all. Felt unsafe, people sitting outside listening to loud music/drinking Trash outside in the parking lots; seemed as if people live in this hotel. Probably wouldn't stay here again.

This was the worst hotel experience I have had in my entire life. My two friends and I checked into the Americas Best Value Inn -Austin, 909 E. Koenig Ln, Austin ,TX 78751 at 7:14pm on Friday January 20th and left at approximately 9:00am Saturday January 21st. First I called the office on Friday night requesting an extra blanket for...

Room was dirty, not stocked, no coffee, sugar, creamer. Went to front desk to ask for coffee, staff was rude and refused to give coffee unless i paid $2. No lights plugged in, coffeemaker, clock not plugged in. Comfy bed, clean linens, immediate access to ihop.

The hallway is out in the open and I just don't feel safe staying in the hotel. I found a cockroach once near where I put my backpack. The quality of furniture and bathtub was aweful. Nothing really fancy about this hotel with a 75+ price.

This place doesn't even deserve one star. My boyfriend and I stayed here because I was taking a test at the Prometric Center across the street, and this hotel was the closest one available (warning to any other unwary medical students out there: don't be tempted by the proximity!). The management is the most unprofessional and rude I have ever...

i booked this room because they advertised that pets were welcome. what they didnt advertise was that there was fine print at the end of their ad that there was an additional charge. I was travelling with a companion dog which I have a prescription for due to PTSD. I was told by the clerk and manager that since the...

I needed an inexpensive hotel room for one night in Austin. The hotel has external hallways and there were several guys hanging out when I pulled up - a bit disquieting for a woman traveling alone. The room was ok but needs some work - it looks like they have prepped the bathroom to repaint but haven't actually gotten around...

I stayed for 7 nights while attending a conference in Austin. My room was not bad - the bathroom was being renovated and was incomplete - wall painting was not finished. There was some noise outside, I guess when cars park right outside your window there has to be some noise. I slept OK otherwise. Breakfast was OK - waffles,...
