There was no cocktail menu at the bar. I was handed a recipe book. The wait staff tried so hard to make a drink so I give him an A + for effort but my drink was intolerable. It turns out that he was running several stations at once and was not trained for the bar. Also learned that the...

First of all when I checked in the staff was rude and they were checking in a bus load of kids to stay there. I asked to be on another floor from the kids and he said no, that's not possible. So went to our room and it looked ok until I got into the bathroom which was so tiny...

The hotel elevators were filthy. Our room looked good initially, but was filled with gnats. The bed was totally uncomfortable and it was made so poorly that the sheets came off in the middle of the night and we had to get up and make the bed again. The bed was lumpy and the sheets and mattress cover added to...

Slept soundly, staff was very kind, and breakfast had great variety. Not much within walking distance, but served our needs in attending a conference. Glad to have a real mug for coffee in my room and in the dining room.

I would definitely recommend this place for the value. We had a clean room, staff very friendly and breakfast was excellent. Some friends didn't have s good experience on the second floor, but our 6th floor experience was good. The only complaint would be you can hear a lot of what is happening out in the hall.

Bait and switch. We reserved a room with king bed. Were offered instead a room with two full beds, with loud tv blaring in the next room. Seemed understaffed in the reservation office. staff was preoccupied even though no other guests trying to reserve.

I am here from Chicago with 2 of my team members on business. We checked in Sunday night and all went to our rooms, the room assigned to one of my associates had never been cleaned he walked in to unmade beds, pizza boxes and garbage around the room, my room at least had been basically serviced but the bathroom...

I stayed here while attending a conference at Norris Conference Center for a couple of days. The conference center is only a couple of miles away so it was convenient. The Domain area is also nearby which was a plus. The room was clean and the stay was adequate. The firms center is tiny but at least there is one....

The Hyatt Arboretum is badly in need of a complete renovation. The rooms are poorly laid out and tired. The bar area is very small. The restaurant completely inadequate for the number of guests in the hotel. The breakfast food menu was limited and poorly cooked. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone - and I am a Hyatt...

To begin, in all fairness, most of my less than excellent experience was my issue not the hotel. I don't like staying on a ground floor with windows that open up to a parking lot, so that caused me to feel somewhat unsafe and that's always hard for any hotel to recover from. If the facility had better parking lot...
