This was absolute THE WORST hotel experience ever on every level. I'm here on business for about 8 nights. 4th night in, there were ants on my bed, crawling on me and my iPad. I called front desk twice and nobody picked up. It was pouring in Austin at midnight. I got dressed, went out in the rain/cold and found...

Huge disappointment when we got here at 12am, tired and cold, only to find out that there's a $25 parking fee! I thought there was really no parking spaces, thus the $25 valet fee. I decided to park on a street nearby but I had to wake up at 6:30 just to go feed the meter. When I walked back...

Where to start? I stayed about a month ago and I am still upset. Bathroom does not lock, The AC was falling off the wall, Alcohol went missing from the room and management said there were no cameras (in a hotel next to the Capitol Building), some bathrooms have no locks, the room was dingy and wreaked of Marijuana, NO...

This was booked on the day. It was quite reasonably priced however I made the common British error of forgetting the valet parking charge 😒. The hotel room was fine although our room (312) was next to the security door, that banged on the room wall every time it was opened. We did have a big problem, that was resolved...

Dear Adam, I first would like to thank you for choosing to stay with us during your time in Austin. We value all feedback both positive and negative. Unfortunately, parking in the city of Austin is extremely limited and all overnight guests are required to pay the valet cost. I am pleased to see we were able to remedy any...

The room is perfectly pleasant; the location is absolutely ideal--directly next to the Capitol, easy walks to restaurants, shows. But. When you check in, they have you sign a "party policy" and there are signs everywhere urging quiet and consideration for other guests...I should've known what was coming because the owners surely do. -Hours- of apparently intoxicated, chanting, squealing, singing,...

After finding gum on the walls and discover that the water from tap is absolutely unhealthy, I couldn't sleep for 2 nights in a row. Noisy party, I had to call security 3 times the first night and 2 times the second one. Unrespectful managers. Avoid this dump

Dang. For the location it can't be beat. For a city as modern as Austin this place feels like the 60's. Rooms are clean. Beds are hard with itchy sheets. Valet guys are great as was the front staff. They are doing the best they can with what they got. Not my first, second or third choice but will do...

This hotel has had a lot of damage and punishment inflicted on its over the decades, and it shows, visually. The maintenance and housekeeping has not kept pace with the physical abuse that has been done to this project. Its also a loud establishment due to its old style layout and design and a lot of loud and noisy guests....

I was told when I made some changes to my reservation that my total would come out to be about $100 cheaper than the original price given, being that I'm a healthcare professional and I downgraded my room. However, I ended up paying more than I was originally told in the first place, by about $80. The management did absolutely...
