I've been traveling in the area quite a bit recently, and I finally stayed at the Residence Inn. The building is new (or newly renovated), the staff is friendly, and it has nice amenities for someone who is traveling including a hot breakfast bar, nightly snacks/food, good WiFi, spacious rooms, nice workout room, and a pool for those who want...

This hotel is great - nice staff, super-clean, standard breakfast! What was really nice was the proximity to main highways, and shopping nearby (Whole Foods, Container Store, Crate & Barrel). You can literally walk across the street if you want to go to a movie. Pool very small but they do have one.

Absolutely spotless! Great staff all around! Our room was ready very early and we got some time to relax. We were so relaxed later we didn't even bother to go to a restaurant and ordered in. There are a number of restaurants in the area. The hotel doesn't have a shuttle so a car is recommended or a taxi to...

I was travelling for business to Austin for the second time in 6 months. This time it was for an IT certification class, so I knew that comfort and convenience were going to be paramount to my success on this trip. This was the closest Residence Inn to where my class was being held, and it was recently renovated -...

Stayed for one night in single bedroom suite. Good overall hotel. Kids (teenagers) loved the room and the free breakfast. They have a tennis court + basketball court and you can get the racquets and balls from front desk. No complaints.

Family visit - this was perfect. Good location - walking distance to a Whole Foods. Close highway access but no noise. Living room, kitchenette and separate bedroom was perfect for a family visit. Very clean, good breakfast, staff was very friendly and helpful. WiFi was average but serviceable.

This review is long overdue but better late than never. I stayed at this property approx 20 times on business for a week at a time between May 2012 to June 2014. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and especially the staff!! The best customer service I have ever experienced. It's been a while so I have...

I'd stayed in the Renaissance across the street the night before. I had to move because of availability and honestly didn't expect the hotel experience we got. From the outside it has a "retirement home" look. Inside is completely different. Very clean, staff was friendly and the suite was completely renovated and modern. I would definitely stay here again. Great...

Arrived for a family gathering and stayed two days. Requested a two bedroom suite for 4 adults and two teens. Got a room with connecting bedrooms. This was a really good option for us because hubby and and I are early risers so were able to leave through are own entrance without bothering the rest. Another plus is that the...
