I stayed at the Hilton in Arlington as part of a business trip. The hotel has plenty of parking. Check-in was fast and easy at the front desk, and the desk personnel were attentive and quick. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was clean and had plenty of hot water. Since I traveled in February, it was quite cold outside, but the room heat worked great. There is a bar/grill downstairs which is open late they have decent food and drinks. It's usually folks traveling for business that stay at this hotel. The hotel does serve breakfast off a menu. There is a Bostons Pizza right next to the hotel if you're hungry for something else. Overall great stay. I would definitely stay here again.
I don't write a lot of reviews anymore but felt I needed to say a few words about a quick business trip to Arlington. I stayed at the Arlington HIlton one night on 12 Aug 21. I made a quick reservation on the road from my Hilton app. When I arrived at the hotel I found out I had done something wrong and the reservation had not been made. I had been on the road for several hours and I was annoyed that the reservation had fallen through. Reservations quickly helped me get the junior suite I thought I had booked and made me feel comfortable instead of just foolish. The room was excellent with a very comfortable bed and an excellent view. The AC unit worked well and had not been locked so that you could not cool the room. Since it was nearly 100 outside, a cool room is certainly a pleasure. Dinner on site was very good with multiple choices that I was interested in. I had blackened shrimp tacos and they were very good. I had espresso in the members lound early and then breakfast in the adjoining breakfast room. The avocado toast was a delight. All in all, this hotel turned out to be everything a Hilton should be. Staff were very courteous and helpful. The physical plant is beautiful. The furnishings were comfortable. The food and service were great. I had a delightful stay and can recommend this property if you are ever in the Dallas / Fort Worth area.…
It was a nice experience to have spent a weekend in this place, in my opinion all of it is very clean and beautiful, the people are very attentive and cordial, I'm sure I'll come back as soon as I have another opportunity, either alone or accompanied, I'm sure I'll enjoy it.
Stayed for new years eve so 8 wouldn't have to drink amd drive and this hotel had a restaurant and bar I side so we thought it would be perfect but boy was we wrong, had terrible service I feel like terrible for my experiance
Service is always good and everything you need is there. Restaurant/Bar is part of Hotel and has great food with friendly atmosphere. Airport not far and I would recommend this hotel if wanting to stay in this area.
I reserved two rooms & paid in advance. When we checked in, the desk clerk advised we had $30 per room credit that we could use on snacks, meals, etc. I asked if we could use in the hotel's restaurant/bar that night and she said we could. The local television channels were not being received in the rooms the night we arrived (11/24/2022) due to problems with the hotel's provider, so the man in the other room & I went down to the restaurant to eat & watch the football game while our wives were shopping. I asked again if the room credit was good to use for the meal and the desk clerk said it was. We spent less than $30 for each of the meals & had the charges applied to the rooms, we told the restaurant waiter that we were using our available room credits. The next night, the same desk clerk reminded our family group that we had $30 credit per room to use; I told her that we had used the credits to purchase a couple of meals at the hotel restaurant and she advised she would ensure we received the room credits. The next morning I was emailed the room receipts and was surprised to find the hotel had charged my credit card for the two meals. Thinking there had been a mistake, I went to the front desk to have it corrected. Two of the desk clerks deferred to a third person, a woman I think may have been the lead worker. She told me I had been told wrong by the hotel's night clerk; after further discussion, she said that I could only receive one $30 credit, no matter how many rooms I had reserved. She became very condescending and rude. She said "for future reference you should know that you will get only one room credit, even if you book more than one room." I would rather think that I could believe what the Hilton Hotel clerk tells me when I check in and depend on that information. She finally said they would credit my account; I asked for a paper copy of my hotel receipt as proof and she refused to give me a paper receipt. More than 24 hours later, I've still not received the promised credit & I don't believe I will. If we had never been told we had been given $30 credit for each of the two rooms, we would have still ate the meals and there would be no question on paying the bill. At this point, however, I am extremely irritated by how I was treated the morning of 11/27/2022 when I checked out. I'm a retired engineer/manager and have much experience dealing with the public: I assure you that the young woman I dealt with needs customer service/ public relations training!!…
The staff at the Hilton Arlington were amazing. Shout out to the front desk employees who were so gracious and accommodating. You will not find a better group of hospitality employees anywhere. If you need to find a place to stay in Arlington, Texas, please consider the Hilton Arlington. You will be pleasantly surprised to find that hospitality still exists in these challenging times. Hotel and room were clean with very comfortable beds. Great location.
Had a great stay at this property. Very easy access to freeway system. Hotel was very clean, room was updated and very comfortable. Felt very safe at this property. Conveniently located to plenty of food establishments as well as Six Flags parks, Rangers and Cowboys stadiums. Breakfast at restaurant was exceptional. The staff members at this hotel are as good as you will find. Very helpful and easy to work with. Will gladly stay at this property again.
A HUGE kudos to Emily and her team at the front desk. We cannot thank them enough for their dedicated customer service. Each time we walked through the lobby we were greeted with smiles and willingness to help. Our only downside to the hotel is that the rooms are very outdated, but the front desk informed us that they are undergoing a renovation to update the rooms. We look forward to visiting again once the renovation is complete!
The people are always amazing. The rooms are super clean. The bar was awesome. I go to 2-3 Dallas Cowboys game every season and I only stay at Hilton Arlington. If you come for a football game, they have a shuttle service for $20 that takes you to the game and brings you back 2 hours after the end of the game
