We booked this hotel in April 2020 for the Cowboys/Steelers game. This hotel was very clean and pretty quiet. It has an indoor/outdoor poor that was closed due to COVID. There was hand sanitizer everywhere which was good. Had a bar restaurant in the lobby but we didn’t eat there. It’s about 2 blocks from Six Flags, you can see the rides from your room. It’s a high rise hotel, we stayed on the 15th (room 1517) 2 full size beds, 2 chairs and very nice bathroom. I asked for late checkout and was given for 1:30pm
This has become my go to stay when I'm near DFW. Best in chain shuttle service from/to airport and nearby restaurants. Easy check in, nice quiet comfortable room. Friendly staff throughout the facility, leadership team is ever present ensuring a great stay. Executive Lounge is excellent, drinks and dessert in the evening. Shout out to the breakfast team, get the omelette. Only ah heck was pool is down for maintenance, however workout area is nice.
Worst stay ever!!! Drove onto town from San Antonio last minute for the World Series. They had a suite available so we took whatever we could get. The heater never turned on and the room was freezing. The entire night the room temperature stayed between 50-54 degrees. The manager made no effort to rectify anything. Super disappointed in the lack of customer satisfaction🤬
Nice property and comfortable stay. Bathrooms were a bit dusty but otherwise a good experience. I stayed for a business trip. I would stay again for the overall value of the experience. Staff was very polite.
Great hotel as every Hilton is, however I do think that due to the price it could includes the breakfast; also, they didn't put a courtesy bottle of water none of the days I stayed... That was 5! The rest... Great staff, super kind! And also very clean! :)
