Hotel's Favorite
We were at the property for 15 days while my daughter was in the hospital. I want to start this review recognizing the wonderful staff and mention two people in particular; Hannia, at the front desk and Daniel, the Front Office Manager. My husband and I appreciated their kind words and support during a very difficult time. Hannia gave us a get well card to send along to my daughter. What a kind gesture! We stayed in a two queen bed studio suite w/ sofa bed. The room was very clean, nicely furnished, and very spacious. Perfect for a long stay or for a family. The daily breakfast offered a nice variety of breakfast items. The staff kept everything replenished and the area was always clean. Due to the circumstances of our stay, we didn’t get to visit the business center, the fitness center, or the pool area. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation. Great staff....great accommodations.....great stay!

The hotel is a 4/5 stars. However, my experience was a 2/5. My advice is to NOT get a room above the front door (214, 314, etc). The door shuts so loudly that I didn’t get sound sleep for three days. I couldn’t switch rooms as there were none available, and was close to switching hotels altogether. Instead, I went and bought some noise cancellation headphones to get a good nights sleep.

We've stayed here on two occasions for 4-6 days at a time. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfasts are delicious and the staff demonstrates great care with our food allergy/intolerance concerns. We already have 2 more stays booked!

This location was another example of why I stay at Hampton Inn & Suites wherever I may roam. The property was clean & well maintained, the staff were super helpful & extremely friendly from the moment I checked in, during my stay & until I checked out. I booked a king suite, which was extremely spacious & well appointed, that overlooked the lovely pool area below. The pool area was really lovely with beautiful waterfalls flowing into the pool. There was also a grill available for use. Breakfast was usual fare, but always refreshed by the friendly server, so you couldn't go hungry if you tried. Located near a variety of restaurants, shopping centers & the interstate making travel easy. I'd definitely stay there again if I'm ever in the area! Thanks again for a pleasant stay!
