Pay the extra money to stay next door! We did not expect to be in the lap of luxury when we booked this hotel. We did not have unrealistic expectations. However, we did expect a clean room with functioning amenities. (The hotel is extremely understaffed. No one could assist with any of our issues.) *There was a giant hole in the wall, about the size of a big football full of trash and debris. When I asked if there was anything that could be done, the desk clerk told me to stick a towel in it! So I asked for a towel, to which he responded, we don't have any towels. The room was filthy, carpet, tile, sinks, mirror. A large mirror was propped up on a chair that had clearly been hanging on the wall. No hot water ***There were bodily fluids on the bed linens. (Blood and other questionable fluids) I took them to the front desk and showed the clerk. I was told that nothing could be done until the morning. *The towels were stained and clearly not restocked from the previous guests. When I asked for more towels I was told they were in the washer. The phone looked like it had been pulled out of the wall. There were cigarette burns throughout the room. Ice machine is broken Chair in room is broken Toilet seat not attached Fitness center closed On a side note: my car was damaged in the parking lot. 2 dents There were a few positives: The microwave was clean. The pillows were in good condition The refrigerator worked A/C worked Close to 6 flags Timing and Expedia had us trapped at this hotel. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.

I asked for my room to be cleaned and the toilet was backed up. They said ok we will fix it. But was not clean or fixed. Instead the had me go to another room. The room they put me into had a towl missing, no trash bag, no hot water, and no safety latch on the door. I was traveling with my son that was 13 years old. Very dissapointed.

Black Mold in bathroom, lamp taped to wall, groups of people in hallways constantly being extremely loud till well after midnight, no hot water. When I tried to check out early the same day we arrived I was told I had to wait for a manager who would not be in till 9am the next day. When I did finally see him he told me to hold on for just a minute and then left me waiting in the lobby for 25 minutes.

The hotel is very clean. The hotel staff was very nice and friendly. The rooms are small compared to other Baymont Hotels. The hotel is starting to show major wear and tear on the interior and therefore it is not as nice as other Baymont Hotels. It gives you the feeling of being outdated.

We booked for 2 nights. Another in the party that we were going to the Ranger’s game with picked this hotel. It started off with a desk clerk that has the personality of a dish cloth. The previously white chairs in the lobby were sort of brown. The room was not very clean. One of the chairs had tears in the fabric and the foot stool was missing a leg. On the 4th of July, there was no hot water. This started about 3 pm. Still no hot water when we got back from the ball game around midnight. They did refund the nights stay for the 4th. Even at ½ price, it was still too much. Would not recommend. I should have looked it up before and stayed somewhere else.
