Having used this facility every nine months for eight years due to professional training, my patronage has spanned several personnel changes and a change in ownership. Thanks to Karen for getting me inprocessed, for making me feel better about coming during the pandemic. The staff have taken every precaution, are to be praised for their COVID safety measures amidst Texas' plunge to the bottom when it comes to pandemic safety. Similarly, Arturo deserves recognition for his helpfulness, leading me to the site I normally occupy, making sure I was settled in. As a courtesy to conventional guests, I take an undesirable site near the propane tank; so, I won't share pictures of my humble location. The REST of the park is a gorgeous place, even nicer than its fancy competitor on Lake Grapevine. I mean, by force of diligent upkeep, this is one of the nicest parks I've ever seen. Hanging flower baskets and fresh seasonal decor dot common areas, and snowbirds seem to compete against one another for the title of Most Appealing Site. The infrastructure, buildings, signage all are spotless. Thanks again to my friends at Treetops for making my business trip a pleasure.…
The lady who booked us in wrote down the wrong date, she actually booked me for the previous weekend. Then I get charged for her mistake for getting an upgraded site, even the guy late man check in said we will put you in Different better site for the same price.
Love to stay here to attend Cowboys games. Close to the stadium and a quick uber ride , if needed. This park is clean and very well maintained. The staff are nice and helpful with .escorts to your site. Good veterans discount. Easy access from I-20. Close to shopping and good restaurants.
We stayed multiple nights at this property and, overall, liked the location and the extensive shade cover (lots of trees) in the park. There are quite a few restaurants, stores and a mall in walking distance of the park. The park seems to have a fairly heavy population of longer term campers although there appears to be plenty of spaces for overnighters. The spaces have long pull-throughs and room for a pulled vehicle or trailer. The spaces are reasonably level and are gravel. There are concrete patios alongside the parking space but ours was not in great condition and should have been replaced. Overall a nice park but the $75/night was a bit steep.
Averaged $51 / night with Passport America discount for W/E50/S/I. Would've been $64 without discount. This is a shady campground with paved paths and level gravel sites. Located in Arlington it is very convenient to visit sites in both Dallas and Fort Worth. The only negative is that our neighbor who appeared to have several individuals living on site in a trailer long-term was very loud late at night even after midnight including use of profanity. One even cranked up his motorcycle at 6 AM every morning to leave for work which was very disturbing. Did not file a complaint with the office as I was concerned about retaliation while we were gone during the days. Should've done it as we pulled out but we were anxious to get on the road. Nevertheless we would stay again.
