This particular hotel has no pool and no breakfast, even though their website says they have them and was not notified by email that they did not offer because lack of resources. Would of been nice to know when I booked, since there are several LaQuinta's near that I could of stayed at that had both.

The desk clerk during late check in, for my prepaid room, was very unhelpful and tried to tell me my prepaid room was canceled due to late night check in. My persistence finally got the message across and he magically found my room. The desk clerk during checkout did her very best to double charge me for my prepaid room until I began to make a phone call to my company. After that she magically found her error and said I could go. Stand your ground when they try to cheat you with your bill. They will only get away with what you let them.

Heat and Air unit was very noisy!!! Door handle was loose and needed repair to get the key card to work. No breakfast as stated on website. No discount for discontinuing breakfast. Bathroom towels were not fully serviced.

After leaving LaQuinta Dallas Uptown which was horrible, I was greatly impressed with this location. The clerk was very friendly and helpful. When I got to my floor, the smell of marijuana was present near one room. He came up and sprayed the hallway and then went to speak to the people in the room. This is still a location that does not charge for pets. Great room, plenty of space in the bathroom for my 2 cats. Enjoyed myself.

We stayed for 2 nights and since there was no cleaning between nights my wife left her purse during the second day. $250 was stolen from her purse while we were away. It was reported to management and nothing was ever done. Would never encourage anyone to stay here as they have a real problem and are doing nothing about it.
