First let me say that I can't go back as a review on Google has caused management to red flag any future stays. Now....I will say here that the staff there was extremely rude and unaccommodating. I stayed only 1 night 2 different times. My 2nd visit was poor. Had asked for an

Mr. Kimball, thank you for your feedback. I am puzzled though about the delay in posting this review in March for a stay that was back in August of 2018. However, I do want to apologize for your unpleasant stay at our park. I can definitely understand the frustration of a sewer backup at your site after a long day of traveling, and certainly that is not the experience we want our guests to have. I wish that our maintenance team had thought to offer you a ride back to your site, but I do appreciate that they were hustling to fix the problem and that they worked for 1 1/2 hours that evening to resolve the clog. We sprinkle lime in situations like these because a full rinse down will saturate the site and increase the likelihood of material being tracked into the RV. Lime helps absorb and adds a protective barrier until we can properly clean the site after check-out, which in your case was the next morning. I do apologize that our staff that evening did not offer you the choice of moving to a different site; we should have given you that option right away. We rarely get requests for an email receipt, but we can do them quite easily. I apologize that the staff person helping you did not know how to do one, and I will make sure everyone is trained on that procedure. I would like to make clear that the red flag was placed in your record back in August, and it was because of inappropriate verbal treatment reported by multiple staff members. It takes a lot for us to red flag a guest; we rarely do it. The red flag was not because of a review; it was in our computer system over six months before either of these reviews were posted. Again, thank you for your feedback. There are some opportunities here for us to improve, and for that I am grateful. Safe travels.

Making a reservation for this park was easy. We stayed there on a very cold night in December. The staff helped us setup fast in the cold. The area of our RV space we noted the spaces had some distance between them. It was wonderful not being right on another RV. The dog

Have stayed her many times. Staff always fun to work with. Have arrived after hours and the information they leave is convenient and easy. Will stay many more times, I'm sure. Usually take the " longhorn lemo" to the Big Tex Steakhouse but arrived to late and tired this trip.

We stopped here for one night on our way to California. Friendly staff, quick check in, neat and clean, and we were guided to our site. We were also offered free limo service to their Steak restaurant down the road a 1/2 mile. Lots in the area as far as restaurants, gas

Thank you, Love2Drive! We appreciate the good review and thanks so much for staying with us. I do apologize for the train noise. The nearest tracks are over a half mile from our property, but occasionally we still hear some of the whistles. Take care, and we hope you enjoy your time in California!

How close are you to 66 or 44 highways?
You are near I 40 passing through the city. I suggest you use internet travel sites like mapquest and check out "directions". It will give you a map of your destination and the shortest route from your current location. You can enlarge the map to give you a view of all routes surrounding your destination. It is an excellent tool for travel.
