Room wasn't ready at check in and another employee overheard my request and finally allowed check in. I had traveled long hours and sick and just wanted to rest! Wine and cheese social in the evenings is hilarious- box wine- cheese squares- and Goldfish crackers !

Even though we arrived late in the afternoon after a long, hot day at Big Bend N.P., only to find a "manager's reception" laid out that included an iced tub with cans of Tecate beer (and other drinks), I would still have given this property a top rating. It was so clean and bright that we assumed it was new,...

The staff were so nice and extremely attentive recommending places to eat and see. They were very sweet. The room was clean and very nice. The food was ok for breakfast. Plenty of options. Breakfast is included which is convenient for business travelers. This would also be a good place for a family to stay.

Accommodations are great, staff is great, but a little steep in price, and they will not honor discounts if the hotel is "supposedly" approaching full. I never ran into a situation like this at any of the other Hampton Inns I have stayed at. Maybe this is a new Hampton Inn's policy now, or just this particular hotel?

Hampton Inn is our go to chain when traveling. They are a pretty consistent product and this was no exception...except the place is pretty nosey if you sleep in past 9 am. We were out late for graduation the previous night and the door does not stop much of the hall noise as people head for the elevators.

The hot tub and pool had a dirty film on the surfaces and smelled like a cow tank. Someone needed to put the proper chemicals in both. The hot tub temperature was lukewarm and the pool was frigid. It was fairly expensive to stay there, and we expected better. The rooms were okay, and the breakfast was okay. But if...

The rooms were great, very clean, friendly staff, ease of checking in an out, and a great complimentary breakfast. Plus has covered parking for motorcycles. I would certainly stay there again and recommend to my friends and family.

I am a Hilton fan and the Alpine Hampton Inn delivered all of the service and standards that I have come to expect from Hilton. After a long drive from Dallas, the bed was exactly what I wanted and needed for a deep sleep. I awoke the next morning refreshed and ready for a few days of hiking in Big...

We chose this hotel based on its location for the Marfa lights viewing center. They only had two smoking rooms as they were full, but the staff was pleasant. Decent room for the night. We would stay again.

Stayed for group business, with the Civil Air Patrol, for the annual Mountain Flying Exercise. The hotel gave a large block of rooms and allowed us to commandeer the lobby. Room clean, very quiet, staff friendly, would stay there anytime.
