This hotel is in a good location in the Dallas area and that's where my review of positive things, unfortunately, ends. My disappointing stay started with the greeting at the front when I was informed there would be no breakfast (though it was advertised). I asked if there could be an accommodation, perhaps a granola bar I could eat in my room or something. I was met with a shrug and was told, maybe if I came down the next morning and asked I could get a box of cereal. The hotel is run-down in my opinion. The carpet is old, the doors to the room are peeling their varnish both inside and out. My room didn't have enough wash-cloths for both my wife and I, and there was no fold-out stand to set my luggage on (we used the desk while packing/unpacking). The lighting in the room was dim. The bed was in good shape and I was able to sleep well. I can't recommend this location, and I generally like Radisson hotels. Color this review disappointed.…
5 star affordable prices everything was pets the clean sanitize. Would recommend anyone to stay here. Near galleria and nice restaurants and bars so over all would stay multiple times need to become a member asap
Hotel is quiet and clean. Comfortable bed. Close to lots of restaurants. Great stay for a business trip. Gym is clean and equipment is relatively new. They have a bar on-site as well. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
Area of hotel was great, super close to all the fun night life and restaurants of Belt Line Rd in Addison. Front desk guy was super unprofessional. He took forever because he wouldn't stop talking to customers about the area and when he was little. Once we finally got to the counter and I started checking in, he looked at me and said "you know this is a suite right? I said yeah, that's what I paid for". He then looks at me and smiles and said "My man!" with my wife right behind me. Was embarrassing as hell for her. A/C in the room wasn't fully functional. The heater was on whenever we opened the room and it was hot as hell. Once we kicked it over to A/C, it would come on for a little bit and then go off. I couldn't ever get the thing to just stay on to cool down the room. I didn't want to notify hotel staff because I didn't want to deal with that ridiculous front desk guy again. Just dealt with it and got ready for Valentine's Dinner with my wife. Find somewhere else to stay. I don't recommend. …
Best value for money. Everything is 5 stars, from room comfort to service to location and property. Gabi at the front desk was awesome. She is very friendly and problems solving. I totally felt at home.
