Very nice place to stay but some improvement on service needed. Vending machines were poorly stocked, and attendant at front desk was not present for assistance. No bell present. I did not try to locate office

We were evacuated from Hilton Head during hurricane Matthew. We decided to go to Aikenand I booked this hotel after seeing good reviews. It was a good choice. The rooms are exceptional clean and don't smell like some motels. The staff from the registration staff to the kitchen help and maid service are the most friendly, courteous people you will...

Only a one night stay but everything was great, especially the on-line check in and being able to select my room beforehand. Friendly staff, very comfortable room, plenty of free parking, quiet surroundings and an enjoyable breakfast.

Thanks for charging me $110 for an error I made even though I stayed at another local Hilton. I am shocked at the lack of customer service and flexibility for a long time Hilton Honors member. You just lost a customer.

I understand that no-show chargers and never a welcome site. Hotels require credit card guarantees on rooms to ensure that the room we are holding will actually be rented, or canceled in time to re-sell if plans change. We are flexible in waiving no-show penalties when we can, but we do not waive no show charges on a night that...

Stayed overnight with my husband without the kids! All we wanted was a nice clean room and breakfast in the morning and that's what we got. Enjoyed our stay! Maybe next time we will use the whirlpool.

Stayed at this hotel for the Masters golf tournament. Very adequate with good complimentary breakfast and extra effort to provide refreshments late afternoon. Manageable drive to the tournament but very expensive, likely consistent with most hotels for this event, but would check out other options to try to find better value if I go again.

The hotel is OK although the room and furniture seemed dated. They definitely utilize the theory of supply and demand to their great advantage during the Masters golf tournament (held 17 miles away in Augusta, Georgia). About $500 a night for a room that normally might be 20 or 25% of that. Nothing special even at regular rates.

Thank you for posting a review of your recent stay with us. Hotel pricing is demand driven. Master's week is a seven day period of extraordinary demand for Augusta and the surrounding area. Even though prices are well above average during Masters week we are still strive to be a good value. With average prices well over $600 in Augusta...

Good hotel. Room 100 is like a mini apartment! Loved it!! The folks are ok - had to wait to check in - but overall it was a pretty good experience. The room I was in was on the first floor which is fine. I enjoyed the TV's in the front and back room and the A/C units were nice...

I received a warm welcome. The front desk staff was helpful and welcoming. The rooms were clean and nice. The hotel is located near shopping and restaurants and was easy to locate. I will definitely return.
