A beautiful B and B with great meals, spacious garden, and a private cottage if you are lucky enough to book it. If not, the rooms in the main house are as pleasant as could be desired. Surrounded by pastures and fields of corn, the lodgings are a step back into quiet and gracious solitude. Meals are served at a... More

We were amazed by this gem of a place. It is a peaceful, quiet farm with a beautiful stone house. The landscaping is beautiful, the property is surrounded by horse pastures and corn fields. At night the yard was turned into a glimmering show of hundreds of fireflies rising from the fields...it was the most beautiful thing I have ever... More

My husband and I ( young newlyweds) stayed with Florence at her Bed and Breakfast. She has a beautiful property, immaculate home. She is very sweet, and makes a great breakfast. She will cater to your needs. Always plenty to eat. The room was very quaint and perfect. We stayed upstairs in a room and had a shared bathroom but... More

Everything about this place is great. We stayed in the spring house which is very cute. The steps are narrow and it is three stories but that is no hardship for most. The flower beds are gorgeous, Florence was very sweet and spent time with me giving helpful information about it. Speaking of Florence, if I could have brought her... More

We were impressed as soon as we drove into the farm. Everything was neat and tidy. There is a well-tended garden round the house which looked onto beautiful countryside and a field full of horses. Mrs Stotzfus the owner was very welcoming and gave us useful hints of what to visit and where to eat in the area. Our accommodation... More

This is our second visit to Lancaster County and to the Olde Stone Guesthouse. The first time, we brought our girls, ages 7 & 10. We booked two rooms in the main house and had the upper floor all to ourselves. The second time, it was just me and my husband, and we were able to book the Spring House.... More

My wife and I have stayed two nights in the Spring house, which reminds me of a bird's nest - charming, and not much larger. Florence is an incredible host and wonderful people's person. She has spoiled us with lavish breakfasts and care. Giving us great tips and sharing her deep knowledge of the region and its cultures, she has... More

This was a lucky find that also had availability for our late booking. (It helped that it was a mid week booking.) We stayed in the separate building, the Spring House which was very sweet. This was a perfect base to explore Lancaster County. Florence cooked delicious breakfasts and introduced us to scrapple, a local dish which is, probably, not... More

We (family of four) stayed two nights at Florence's B&B and enjoyed it very much. Florence is wonderful, very attentive and made us feel right at home. We stayed in the two upper room in the main house. They are beautifully decorated and spacious and share a large and very nice bathroom. The breakfast is fantastic and home made, a... More
