Had a wonderful evening at the Inn. Well appointed and very clean room that accommodated a young adult on a pull out along with us. A cozy lounge away from the rest of the Inn to relax both PM and have quiet time early in the morning. Jack was there with a great pregame continental breakfast up on Saturday morning before the PSU game - I will definitely be back to try one of his full breakfast morning menus that are rumored to be spectacular!

Stayed four nights. The owner, Jack, was very friendly. Our room was comfortable, clean, quiet, and roomy. The inn itself is a great historic building; public areas nicely appointed. Breakfasts (multiple options) were tasty and in good portions—neither too big nor too small. I highly recommend the lox on dill bread with citrus infused cream cheese. Stuffed French toast also a really good option if you have a sweet tooth. We plan on returning in the future. Only significant drawback was a lack of closet/armoire/rack to hang clothes in the room.

We have been coming here for years even prior to the existing owners. The inn is meticulously clean and the rooms are spacious with period appropriate furniture. The breakfast are superb! Most importantly the owners are down to earth, accommodating and super friendly. We love it here. Why spend big dollars to stay in State College at mediocre lodging with the crowds when you can be a tad east of there (30 minutes or so) in this bucolic location.

First rate bed and breakfast in one of the most beautiful valleys in PA. Our room was spacious, meticulously clean and very comfortable. We loved being able to leave the craziness of State College after the game and enjoy a delicious and quiet breakfast the next morning on the patio. Looking forward to coming back again soon.

Stayed in Room #3 and and the amenities were great. We felt very welcome and the innkeeper provided a divine breakfast (Huevos y fuentas and Mediterranean eggs). The coffee was fresh ground and perfect to start the morning. We can not wait to come back in the winter to see all of the working fire places.
