I’ve visited this hotel since I was in my mom’s tummy now I’m 22 and am starting to visit with my fiancé to be....This hotel really has a feel for family and when I was little before the remodel I remember they had the breakfast place downstairs through a door and the seating was booths from the 90s ... I learned how to play tennis here and I would eat chocolate chip cookies fresh from the oven in little paper baggies.... love this hotel so many memories can’t wait to come back and relive my childhood with my own children....

Front desk staff was both incompetent and unpleasant. Room was tired and the retro vibe seemed done on the cheap. Noisy AC unit and uncomfortable bed. Restaurant food above average, though service was chaotic.

Stayed here with our family. The rooms have a groovy updated vibe. love the hanging light and wish I took a pic of it. the beds were comfy and clean. the toiletries are nice. the kuerig coffee in the room was decent. The free breakfast during covid was ample. there was a lot to choose from. it was nice we could distance dine. The pool is refreshing on a 100 degree day. nice seating and umbrella too. The landscaping is pleasant to look at. Love all the orange details on the property. The staff is friendly, although they only looked up from computer when you said hello. I would stay here again and would love to see what it is like when everything isn't shut down because of covid (the restaurant and bar).

This is a gigantic, multi-building hotel with a lovely and well done check in and food area. The parking is plentiful, is right off the Interstate, very well built and quiet. The rooms are large, very well appointed, and very quiet, and very clean. The place is large enough to be a small village and is always fully booked. The last time we stayed here it was as this time - outside temperatures disgustingly hot, in the high 90s and low 100s, and the quiet air conditioning kept it ice cool. Definitely will return again as the in town, pricey, historic Ashland Springs Hotel has gone off the rails.

I asked for a late check out and the girl at desks stated they are full. If that is a practice you should advertise that and let your customers on check that late checkout is a lottery. Otherwise cute vibe to the place and the bartender is really good looking.
