Once again, my "Romeo" delivers! My husband, Brad and I have stayed at the Romeo Inn for the past 24 years. We visit Ashland twice a year; first for the outstanding theatre at OSF, and second, for the relaxation and supreme comfort we receive at the Romeo. Don and Deana have mastered the art of inn keeping; from the immaculate... More

I have been staying here once a year (twice if I can) for over 7 years and have always felt like it was my second home away from home. The owners, Don and Deana, are always very gracious. Excellent food, exceptionally clean, close to theater and shopping, and in a quiet neighborhood. Who needs anything else for a pleasant vacation!

A recent 3-night stay in April 2016 and 7 nights this past October convince me that we have found a home for our frequent trips to the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. Don and Deanna attend to every detail - excellent beds, linen and well-tended guest rooms provide a quiet place to rest or read (thoughtfully placed lamps with sufficient wattage). The... More

We are grateful that you return to the Romeo Inn year after year. We look forward to your next visit!... More

The bad news: our experience with the alternatives is not current. The good news: after early experimentation with many well-rated B&Bs, we adopted the Romeo Inn as our second home for our OSF "fix", and we have no reason to change. Don and Deana Politis have made it "like home" comfortable, with impeccable service; clean, spacious and comfortable rooms; delicious... More

Thirty years....wow! We are grateful that you have chosen to make Romeo Inn your second home while getting your OSF fix. It is great that you can visit Ashland and not only see amazing theatre but also enjoy long walks, great dinners and cookies! We look forward to seeing you for many more seasons to come. More

Gorgeous inn, feels like being in your own home with sitting areas. Bed was fabulous, sheets and pillows great, room very comfortable - one of the best ever. Our room was a the Cambridge Suite, and our friends stayed in Canterbury - both were large and decorated beautifully. Dishes, cutlery and glasses available if your bring your own wine and... More

I stay here once if not twice a year and love everything about it. Great rooms, food, innkeepers and the best cat! Highly recommend! Very close to the theater and downtown Ashland. So much to do, you will want to keep going back year after year.

We love the Romeo Inn and have been staying there every year, when we attend the Shakespeare Festival in Ashland. We love to walk to and from the plays and this location makes it possible to leave our car on site and walk for about twenty minutes each way. It is located on a quiet, tree lined street. Don and... This was our first stay with Don and Deana and it will not be our last. Gracious hosts with lots of ideas on how to make our stay more enjoyable. Our fellow guests had been returning to the Romeo Inn for years and were like family. Our room - the Coventry - was large and the bed was more than... More

From the moment one walks through the door, it's like being home. the Inn has a gentle homey touch to it that invites almost instant bonding with the innkeepers, Don and Deana, and the other guests. Each bedroom is painstakingly appointed - mine had a private entrance with personal parking space, fireplace, and a beautiful cranberry decor. Towels are extra... More
