We had been planning a siblings trip for over a year an anxious about traveling during COVID-19 times. Brian and Anna went the extra mile to go over cleaning protocols and make sure it was only our group in the house. They have a beautiful outdoor area without multiple seating options - from a large table to swings. The cookies in the afternoon were delicious and the breakfasts were some of the best I’ve ever had. I’m thankful that we stayed here. It was a highlight to our trip!

Our 2nd time and it was as good as the first. You don't feel like you're staying in someone else's house. You do feel like you've got everything you need. Anna and Brian make the extra effort in all the small areas and it adds up to a great experience.

Extremely comfortable and quiet rooms. Everything was clean and the innkeepers had clearly thought of every little detail of what we might need during our stay. The afternoon cookies and breakfast spreads were delicious. Truly the best bites you’re going to find in Ashland! Do yourself a favor and ask for the cinnamon rolls 😋

Brian was the perfect host, available but yielding privacy. The breakfasts were as all aspects of our stay, thoughtful and fabulous. Our teenage son had a room to himself and each room was well-appointed, very comfortable, and have their bathrooms. The space was squeaky clean as well. Bonus was the coffee station and shared living room area. Owners have their own quarters but are readily available if needed. So many thoughtful touches. Thank you Brian and Anna for a lovely visit to Ashland.

Went to Ashland for a birthday get away and found the perfect place to do it. Brian and Anna have thought of every detail and more to make your stay a wonderful experience. Anna is a cake baker as well and made me the best gluten free chocolate cake I have ever had. All I can say is GO THERE!
