Anna and Brian are wonderful hosts, making this B&B instantly feel like a home away from home. Our room and the common area were spotless, sofas and chairs comfortable, games and reading material available, strong WiFi, coffee and tea always at the ready, and a delicious baked (changed daily) item awaiting one's return from the day's activities. And speaking of food, I found myself anticipating the excellent breakfast from the moment I awoke each day. Importantly in our case, Anna was very flexible in adjusting the time of breakfast to accommodate an early airport departure and an early start for a Rogue River Rafting trip.

On one of the days that we were there, smoke from a fire in Northern California became heavy in the area. "Magically", air purifiers sprouted up, helping to keep everyone comfortable.

The patio area is very large and well laid out, making for an enjoyable situation whether eating at a table or lounging on a swing chair.

It's worth noting that this B&B is about 2.5 miles from the Oregon Shakespeare Festival and so only walking distance for the hearty. However, it is a straight drive by vehicle and parking was easy (and free) on all three days that we attended plays.

I have already recommended Oak Hill B&B to friends and family, and it will certainly be my first choice of lodging upon future visits to Ashland.

Extremely comfortable and quiet rooms. Everything was clean and the innkeepers had clearly thought of every little detail of what we might need during our stay. The afternoon cookies and breakfast spreads were delicious. Truly the best bites you’re going to find in Ashland! Do yourself a favor and ask for the cinnamon rolls 😋

We've never enjoyed a B&B experience more. The attention to detail was unsurpassed, our room was the Lavender Room; it was immaculate with many decorative and artistic items reflecting the lavender motif.
The espresso machine was stellar and our breakfast served on the sheltered patio was exceptional. Today was fresh berries, homemade cheese danishes, frittata, potatoes and a bed of lightly dressed arugula. Anna is an incredible host!

We loved everything about our stay! The B&B is beautifully decorated and organized, with a gorgeous, large garden with lots of cozy places to sit and enjoy. The innkeeper Anna is gracious and welcoming, and she makes an amazing breakfast! A great coffee machine is always available, with lots of tea choices too, cookies in the afternoon, etc. Our room on the 2nd floor was very comfortable and quiet, with plenty of space, and also just very pretty. The location is an easy 5-10 minute drive from central Ashland, very quiet and residential but not at all inconvenient. We'd absolutely stay here again!

We're happy to hear you enjoyed your time with us. We get a lot of feedback about our location being the best of both worlds - close enough to downtown to easily get around (it's Ashland, so that's not too hard) yet just a bit away where you can stretch out and quietly relax. And glad to hear the culinary experience matched... we'll have something creative and delicious again for you next time! Thanks for staying with us.

Oak Hill is a lovely and very well-maintained bed and breakfast inn. Anna is friendly and accommodating, and her breakfasts are made from scratch and delicious. Our room was well-appointed and comfortable.

We met Anna’s husband Brian the last day we were there and he was also friendly and nice to talk to. They both made us feel welcome and made good recommendations for restaurants and things to do and see.

Truly a gem of a B&B! I’ve never been a huge fan of B&Bs until visiting Oak Hill. It strikes the exact balance between comfort and privacy and thoughtful spot on recommendations and support from the hosts. The Grizzly Peak bedroom has the best bed I’ve ever slept in, and you simply cannot beat the quality of the breakfasts by the innkeeper, Anna. It was consistently the best food in Ashland, with French toast to die for, amazing cinnamon rolls, fluffy savory quiches, and the ultimate comfort food, biscuits and gravy. And if that wasn’t enough, there are freshly made cookies ever afternoon. A short drive, 5 minutes to downtown Ashland, this B&B gets you close enough to have fun in town, but far enough away in the evening for peace and quiet . Do yourself a favor, stay here! You won’t regret it!

The best! As we just left one 5-star B&B, it sounds redundant to say it but it is true. Oak Hill B&B is one of the best B&Bs we have ever stayed in. The owner/hosts, Anna and Bryan, maintain an impeccable establishment. Some of the many things that, collectively, differentiated Oak Hill from others were: the personally prepared, detailed reviews of the restaurants and activities within the area; the warm baked goods in the afternoon; the port wine by the fireplace; the incredible, gourmet breakfasts; and the devoted attention they showed all of their guests. We will stay here when we return to Ashland.

What a great find! This friendly B&B is located about ten minutes away from the Oregon Shakespeare Festival grounds in a residential area of Ashland. The rooms are very comfortable with exceptional bedding. The backyard has multiple areas to sit and relax. My favorite was a swinging seat under a gazebo. The weather was balmy and so breakfast for everyone was served at a huge square table in the backyard where we could all chat and trade tips while eating. The owners are very helpful offering everything from ponchos to ear plugs for your outings. This will be our go-to place when we pass through Ashland each year.

The Hosts, Anna and Brian, were down-to-earth, genuine, and friendly. The breakfasts were both delicious and filling. Having eat

stayed at many B & B's, I can say that their breakfasts were definitely the best I've ever eaten. The rooms were very clean, tastefully decorated, and had comfortable beds. The showers had wonderfully hot water with strong water pressure. Anna and Brian offer a wonderful place to relax, and I'll definitely be returning.
