If you are looking for a lodging experience with friendly hosts, a meticulously maintained property, comfortable beds, a wondrous breakfast and interesting fellow guests, this might be the place for you. We come here twice a year to take in the Shakespeare Festival and enjoy the charming city of Ashland. At Abigail's your are a pleasant 10-minute walk to the center of town. Susan and Adam have lots of suggestions for things to do, places to go, and restaurants to enjoy. Their inn is an experience not to be missed.
I have stayed in several B&B's in USA and also internationally and this is by far, the best B&B I have been to. Adam and Susan are wonderful hosts and have thought of everything that you need including ear plugs, blacked out shades, keurig in the room, etc. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would love to come back again. Susan is also an amazing cook, making all food from scratch. Adam was very kind and helped me with local tips including taxis and wine tasting.
Enjoyable place to stay. Clean and fairly comfortable. Beds are firm and, at least in Abigail Adam's room, come with a foot that sticks out at thigh level that could be a real bruiser. After decades of B&B stays, I consider myself an expert in afternoon cookies and these are the "best!". Breakfasts are large and they should offer a more petite alternative.Nice fruits and scone starters followed by potato or eggs Benedict with many strips of bacon. They have a wide array of coffees, teas, and even the rooms come with Keurigs. For outdoor performances, they provide bags of comfort blankets, etc to take to the theater. Pop and candies available. It is a good half mile to the theaters, although most is level. The rooms have individual AC controls. There is ample parking off street.…
On our recent trip with friends heading to Crater Lake we stopped in Ashland,Oregon. My friend recommended we stay at Abigails Bed and Breakfast and what a delight it was. Susan and Adam so gracious. Susan's cooking is beyond delicious and the inn is beauticul, cozy a wonderful time was had by all. Will definitely be back to experience Susan's cooking again.
What a wonderful place! The host our gracious, the decorations elegant and tasteful. All the rooms are named after a famous Abigail. We stayed in the Abigail Alcott room which had a nice balcony overlooking the hillside. No complaints. All compliments!
