Abigail's is professionally operated. Everything is neat, clean and in good repair. Best of all, Susan is a great cook and her breakfasts are consistently excellent. We have stayed here in past years and will continue to in 2025 and beyond. A fine B&B.

Dear 819sandym Thank you for your review of Abigail's Bed and Breakfast Inn here in Ashland Oregon and for choosing to stay once again with Adam and I. We had a great 2024 Theatre season with many of our guests enjoying the afternoon and evening walk into town to the Theatre. Being located within walking distance .7 of a mile is what seems to attract many of our guests to Abigail's. The walk is short enough to get some exercise in after our two course breakfast and of course the walk back from the evening theatre clears the mind before heading home for a late night cookie and a cuppa. We are looking forward to a prosperous 2025 Theatre season which I am sure is going to happen. We look forward to seeing you again in 2025. Susan and Adam

Abigail's is a beautiful B&B, a short walk away from the center of Ashland. We stayed in the Rockefeller room which was spacious, quiet and well decorated. Adam and Susan were excellent hosts as well. They kindly welcomed us, and gave great suggestions on what to do in town. It was a really lovely stay. We did the breakfast to go as well which was a veritable feast. Muffins, sandwiches, a delicious yogurt and fruit salad dish – really great! We stayed when Covid-19 was still spreading and they did an excellent job on keeping the place safe. They wore masks, there was hand sanitizer in the main room and everyone kept an appropriate distance. I couldn't have asked for more.

After speaking to the folks at the chamber, I chose this property because of the location, available outdoor deck, and the proprietors Susan and Adam. I was 110% happy with my choice, this having been my first stay in Ashland.
Susan communicated everything I needed to know well in advance and for me to feel comfortable With check in process. Susan was also kind enough to grant me early check in access for a scheduled call I had to take.
The home is well appointed, and has a blend of contemporary and comfortable furniture and accessories accessible to guests. The front room with the deck was perfect for morning coffee overlooking the mountains and sunrise.
For happy hour Susan invited me for a glass of wine in the front garden while her sweet dog Jack waited and watched for the local deer visitors. They have a variety of wines from which to choose for purchase if you don’t bring your own.
Ultimately Susan and Adam are what makes the Abigail so special! Their heart and soul for welcoming their guests from around the world are poured into every little detail here. Including, but not limited to, the most amazing breakfast ever, with Susan a self-taught chef and Passionate wine guru!
My acknowledgment of their efforts to provide a safe and clean environment for all was that Susan and Adam are maintaining high standards daily.
If there’s anything to point out, it’s that Main Street is the thoroughfare thru town and offers a more quiet time after 8 or 9 pm. But the front room is worth the view alone!

Dear a3dgirl What a lovely review. Thank you so much. It was such a pleasure to meet a like minded “Wine” person. Wine being a passion of mine. One of the very reasons why we came to this amazing valley. Home now to 16 award winning Wineries. Thank you to the Ashland Chamber of Commerce for sending you our way in their continued support of small businesses during this Covid-19 time. We are indeed passionate about Abigail’s and it is so pleasing to see that you made note of this. Thank you! I certainly hope that you will return for a repeat visit just to be able to relax and enjoy all that Ashland Oregon has to offer - and of course I will get the opportunity to chat with you again. Stay safe on your travels. We shall definitely look forward to seeing you should you decide to return to Ashland. Best wishes to you Susan and Adam.

We found this place as the midway point driving between the San Francisco Bay Area and Portland. Wow—we have never stayed at a BNB as comprehensively and thoughtfully furnished as Abigail’s!
Checkin was clear and quick by Susan, the co owner, who had kindly baked huge chocolate chip cookies and prepared a tea for us, even turning on the tea kettle again as she left us so we could have hot water when we wanted it.
A super charming exterior cheerily lit up by Xmas lights, outdoor patio with rocking chairs, set amidst tall trees but only a 3 minute ride/15 minute walk from downtown Ashland stores and restaurant. Fresh NY Times in the charming dining room, small library and various board games as well as local tour guides and brochures.
Beyond the amazing huge chocolate chip cookies baked by Susan, we had all day access to complimentary chips, candies, chocolate, a huge assortment of teas, hot chocolate, coffee, fresh apples, three local wine choices at an honor bar, free sodas and chilled water in the guest refrigerator (where we stored dinner leftovers, and an amazing cooked to order breakfast.
Rooms (we got two adjoining upstairs), had full scale Victorian look, with super comfy beds. Again, thoughtfulness was fully apparent, with In room Keurig coffee maker, biscuits, water carafe, and for any sensitive guests (though unnecessary even for this light sleeper), two pairs of packaged earplugs and a bolster to put at the bottom of the door in case light from the hallway was bothersome. TV in the room had a huge array of a couple hundred direct TV and movie channels.
Bathrooms had lavish hot water and shower water pressure, with infrared lamps for chilly nights, and all toiletries amenities provided. Even a little rubber ducky!
Beautiful century old building with great character and comfy feel (no ghosts lol, we slept like babies and felt very much at home).
Definitely sets the standard for all BNBs! We will definitely be back when visiting the area!

This is our 2nd stay with Susan and Adam. As hosts they are amazing. The rooms are very comfortable and extremely clean. There is a Kruig in each room , along with high level coffee and filtered water. Susan serves a 2 part gourmet breakfast each morning that far surpasses any meal I have had at any other B and B. This place is a gem and Susan and Adam are so caring and make their guests feel spoiled.

Dear Destination552251 Thank you so much for choosing to come back to Abigail's. After a particularly grueling few years it was good to feel back in the "swing of things" so to speak. We are here and we are so looking forward to welcoming our old guests back to stay with us this season of 2023. It was and will always be a pleasure to host our returning guests. Thank you Adam and Susan.

An absolutely charming B&B. Each room is decorated to match the era of the house. The hosts think of everything - snacks and coffee are always available, there are games in the parlor to play or books and newspapers to read, the bedroom and bath are nicely appointed and well-lit. The location is potentially walkable to the Shakespeare Festival, if you don't mind a little walking. The breakfasts are astounding - go hungry!

We were welcomed to the Inn by a family of four deer, enjoying the official Pollinator Garden and birdbath under the big tree in the front yard. The spacious front porch features a big table for enjoying the fabulous Sunday brunch outdoors. If you're missing Sunday Brunch in these days of COVID-19, just book a room at Abigail's, even if you live in Ashland and don't need a place to sleep. Plenty of snacks, including homemade baked goods are available at all hours. Everything was very clean and the gardens were beautiful. Mint from the outdoor mint baskets was featured in the delicious yogurt-fruit parfait.

Dear WorldTraveler9 Thank you for taking the time to review Abigail’s Bed and Breakfast Inn here in Ashland Oregon. In this small culturally diverse town of ours we have learnt to co-exist with the wildlife. The arrival of the deer always add excitement to our guests stay. Sadly though they eat everything in sight - except for my cooking herbs. Best wishes and travel safely Susan and Adam.

We stayed in the Garden Room, which had it's own private entrance, and it was one of the best stays at a B&B we have ever had. The room was spotlessly clean and well appointed. Everything was as described on their website. The breakfasts were gourmet 2-course meals that were phenomenal! And the innkeepers, Susan and Adam, were very nice and extremally knowledgeable about the entire Ashland area, and made our stay even better. Beautiful gardens surround the house. On-site parking is a plus. We will definitely stay here again.

My husband and I enjoyed staying at Abigail's Inn. The Inn itself is lovely and the owners are wonderful folks who made the stay a special event! The breakfast is delicious! The Inn is located quite close to downtown so we enjoyed walking into town and eating dinners there, as well as the winery location recommended to us. The Inn is clean and safe and is convenient to all activities. The room is lovely, the bed comfortable and the shower ample. We will definitely return!

Dear 2Cool2begrandma (love the name!!!) Thank you for choosing to stay here at Abigail's on your visit to Ashland Oregon. Although we are on the N Main Street of Ashland as you say it is a pleasant, safe ten minute walk into town, especially after a delightful meal at one of our restaurants. We have some great wineries in this area that have matured over the years producing some wonderful Tempranillo and Pinot Noir plus many more Bordeaux varietals. Weisinger, Eliana, Belle Fiorie and many more. We always recommend the Wine Hopper Tour Bus if you don't wish to drive. Thank you for a lovely review and an overview for our future guests. We hope to welcome you back. Safe travels and best wishes Susan and Adam

+1
Perfectly located within walking distance to the theater’s and the many attractions of the scenic town of Ashton CO, we feel lucky to have found our ‘home away from home’ in Abigail’s Guest House.
Tired from a long drive, we were met by the owners and our hosts extraordinaire, Susan and Adam. We were seamlessly checked in to this magnificently appointed period home, with a welcome coffee and snacks. Our air conditioned bedroom was beautifully decorated and included every possible amenity that we could have needed.
Susan and Adam ensured we were well informed with their local knowledge of the best restaurants, wine farms and where to get tickets for the most popular shows. This helped us immensely with optimally planning our time, and heightening our experience of Ashton and it’s surrounds.
The highlight of our stay has to be every mornings gourmet Breakfast. Susan is a sous chef like no other, and effortlessly served up the most delicious two course breakfast every morning. Amazing combinations of sweet and savory, fresh fruit and even ice cream. We were delighted with an individually baked cake or pastry first course, and then an innovative egg and bacon main option. Some mornings we had sufficient breakfast to even take away a little for lunch.
Are you looking for a well priced treat, and hosts that go above and beyond the norm for your stay in Oregon? Believe us and look no further than Abigail’s 👍
