Jordan is a wonderful host who gathers wonderful people around him. Our room (The Sun Suite) was great. It sits on the second floor a courtyard away from the main house. It is clean and well appointed. The breakfasts are delicious and varied. We were there the last week of October which is the week that the Shakespeare Festival ends,... More

This amazing old house made us feel as if we had fallen into the set of a Victorian play! It was extremely clean and well kept with every detail down to the lampshades in tune with the era. We stayed in the Parlor Suite which had a beautiful window seating area and a jacuzzi soaking tub, both of which we... More

We consider this B&B a real find because it is so close to the Theaters, wonderfully restored, and reasonably priced. This was our second stay here and we find that many of the guests are repeat visitors. The rooms are more spacious than other B&B's we've stayed at and the breakfasts are fabulous! Plus, we enjoy the owner, Jordan, who... More

Our first visit to Ashland and we lucked out getting a room here. Jordan was lovely, the room was well-appointed and the location can't be better, a couple blocks from the OSF and downtown. He even had the Playbills for the shows and great books Really one of the best b&bs we've seen.

We just returned from a 4 night stay at Coolidge House Bead and Breakfast. From beginning to end, every aspect of our stay was perfect. Jordan made us feel beyond welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious, very comfortable and impeccably clean. The location is ideal given its close proximity (4-5 minute walk) to town and the venues... More

Reserved the Sun suite (my husband & me) & the Grape Arbor Cottage (my son & his fiancée) for 2 nights at Christmas. The owner, Jordan, was so gracious. Loved the gas fireplace & the mattress in the Sun suite was so comfortable. The kids loved the dual head shower & their gas fireplace as well. Breakfast was delicious &... More

We've stayed at the Coolidge House for all the eleven years we've been coming to the Shakespeare Festival and have always enjoyed Jordan's hospitality immensely--as have many others judging by the reviews. Jordan is always available to help with anything you need. He will accommodate dietary requirements for his first rate breakfasts and we always enjoy the before and after... More

We traveled to Ashland to attend the Shakespeare Festival and partake of the wonderful outdoor activities in the surrounding such as white water rafting. The owner, Jordan, is the consummate host. He is extremely knowledgable about activities in town and was able to get us some great theater tickets at the last minute. The rooms are well appointed and very... More

My favorite place in Ashland is the Coolidge House. It's a charming Victorian house located on a hill with a commanding view of the town of Ashland and the Rogue River Valley. It has a great location, since it's only a ten-minute walk to the theatres of the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. Innkeeper Jordan Parker is a gracious host who makes... More

We stayed the weekend for the Shakespeare Festival and found the perfect B&B. Coolidge House is only a few blocks from downtown and the festival, we didn't need to drive anywhere. The room was spacious, quiet, and tastefully decorated. The breakfasts were so delicious, the appetizers and wine in the evening was well done. Thank you to Jordan for making... More
