Our stay at Lithia was so good that it was hard to leave. The room was very clean and peacedul, grounds were beautifully kept with a koi pond and fruit trees and food (breakfast and afternoon tea) were delicious.

My friend who lives in Ashland recommended this for our visit. Very lovely place, the grounds are quite beautiful, nice little places to sit and talk or just relax and read. Breakfast is served every morning which is included. We didn't spend a lot of time in our room but it was beautifully furnished and extremely comfortable. I highly recommend... More

The hotel is just outside the city of Ashland. You are in your own little area that is beautifully landscaped. It was very quiet and relaxing. We had a studio room that was just right for us with a shower and a spring water bath tub. Fireplace was included, a microwave and refrigerator. The king size bed was very comfortable... More

This property totally lived up to my expectations! We were surprised by the number of families, which in hindsight we should have expected. Breakfast was wonderful. Afternoon tea was enjoyable. We stayed in waterlily and I couldn't believe how quickly the tub filled with hot water. It's impossible to find any faults, but the gardens could use some expert care.... More

Have stayed here many times. Nice location with lots of garden space and nice rooms. Bedroom is separate from sitting, TV area. Comfortable sofa and bed. I do not like the spa tub in the living area, not conducive for use. Probably time for new carpet. The gardens have become grossly over-grown and need to be uprooted and replaced because... More

This is the second time we have stayed here, generally a very chill, relaxing spa type ambiance. The jacuzzi is hot, the pool is cool, the grounds are delightfully overgrown and just oozing with charm. Despite the possibility of a relaxing environment, and the boutique feel of this small hotel, some people inexplicably do bring very small children here which... More

If you're looking for a zen-ish family-friendly place to lounge in between Ashland's Shakespeare Festival and if you want more green than concrete, the Lithe Springs Resort offers a charming retreat with well-decorated light and airy suites, delicious breakfasts, ponds with coy fish, and a pleasant pool at just the right temp -- refreshing but not cold. The grounds are... More

Our family stayed at the Lithia Springs Resort while attending the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. It is very convenient to the festival, only a few minutes away. Our suite was huge. It was honestly much larger than my apartment in college. Someone could happily live in it. We loved the fireplace that could be enjoyed in two rooms. Everything about it... More

My wife and I stayed in one of their interior suites in June of 2016. The room was upstairs (no elevator), and was spacious and kind of retro. The Jacuzzi tub was over-sized (for at least 3 people), and the bed was a king and very comfortable. We had to ask for a fan.. it was warm even with the... More

Girls trip - what a great find! Afternoon tea was delicious...homemade scones, herbal teas, cookies galore. Grounds are charming and loaded with all manner of flora & fauna. Know that little flying bugs abound. All buildings are in pristine condition - like NEW. Tons of charm. Staff is welcoming, gracious and serve with a smile. Ohhh and beautiful FULL buffer... More
