Friendly proprietor. We stayed in a cottage across from the B&B (this is not a review of the B&B rooms). Older style, which we prefered to usual motel room decor. Very comfortable bed. Parking in back beyond a shaded garden patio. Many people reading on deck or patio; quiet. Atmosphere conducive to quiet conversation. Did not see a tatoo or...

Looking forward to coming back next year. The cottage deck was like being in a tree house. Between plays we enjoyed just reading and relaxing and listening to the trees rustle in the breeze. Love the home made afternoon cookies.

I have stayed in many of Ashland's wonderful B&B's over the years and have never had a bad experience. Each is unique, with it's own personality and ambience. For this most recent trip, I chose Anne Hathaway's primarily because they have some rooms with two twin beds, a comfortable arrangement for myself and my daughter. I had never stayed there...

This was the second time I stayed there. The breakfasts were fabulous, the rooms delightful, clean, welcoming. All the staff were lovely. David and Dee Dee would take turns eating at our table in the morning. Their stories about the Oregon Shakespeare Festival were fascinating. They were just delightful. I will definitely return!.

This a great place to stay in Ashland, clean, comfortable and well-located. We enjoyed our quiet sunny room on the first floor of the inn which adjoined a beautiful library and sitting room. We also loved the peaceful front porch. Every morning freshly baked scones and coffee are available in the dining room, followed by a remarkably creative hot breakfast...

I had originally planned on booking our stay at a VRBO. The person e-mailed me back and said she would be sending me my information shortly. Two days went by and I e-mailed her back. She sent me the same response. - I was either being given the cold shoulder, that website was no good, or the person was a...

Here for a 60th birthday celebration with 9 other women from the bay area...David, the innkeeper, worked out the details so all of us (plenty of special needs, diets, etc.) felt comfortable in our individual rooms and also at the Clubhouse. Two options for groups - inside and outside in a lovely garden setting. Breakfast had plenty of homemade pastry,...

This was not a bad place to stay. However we noticed a few things. The gardens are in bad shape. They've had not maintenance for a long time and are full of weeks. The room was nice enough but is looking very tired. Also, someone needs to learn a little more about baking. Everything was over baked and dry.

Stayed here for 3 nights with 2 friends to attend plays in Ashland OR. 3 of us stayed in an upstairs suite. A very charming place, lovely furnishings, room somewhat small (divided into 2 sections) but very cozy, quiet, relaxing. Only a few short blocks to downtown Ashland, easy walking distance to theaters/shops;dining. There is a lovely garden for sitting,...
