Stayed at the Pelton House for our semiannual trek to Ashland for the Fall series of plays. First time there, but we enjoyed our stay and have booked again for next Spring. The hospitality is great, the location could not be better, and the breakfasts are excellent. We actually stayed at the annex across the street which has 3 rooms,... More

We stayed in the Pelton House B&B for two nights and were very pleased. This charmingly restored old home has lovely grounds and Craftsman style interiors. We were upstairs in the Metal Room, which was furnished with extra long, comfortable twin beds. (Note: no closet, but the large hall tree had several hangers). The brown marble bathroom had a spectacular... More

Had a 3 day stay mid-July 2014 with tickets to the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, Stayed in their vacation home across the street in a large bedroom suite with an adjacent kitchen. Very handy for morning coffee. This guest house with its 4 bedrooms can be rented out singly or as an entire house. Across the street is the main Bn'B... More

What a treasure to find the Pelton House. We had a wonderful stay over a few days and loved the feeling of being greeted on arrival, a smiling face at breakfast and just the conversation though out the time we were there. A definite come back to place and highly recommend it to others.

We have visited Ashland about 15 times to attend the Shakespeare Festival plays, but this was our first time at the Pelton House - we will return. The atmosphere was low-key friendly, and we enjoyed the conversation with the other guests. A quiet place, with shaded back yard to sit, relax, read. Parking off the street. Great breakfast. Easy and... More

Mary really treats her guests well! Very nice, well prepared suites. I stayed in Manzanita Suite, very comfortable, even a steam bath! Nice breakfasts that stress quality over quantity (unlike many places in the US). Only a couple blocks from Shakespeare Festival campus, nice restaurants/bars, and funky gift shops. And don't forget to spend some time in wonderful Lithia Park.

This was a mother/daughter first time trip to Ashland. My mother had bid on a package deal at an auction which included 2 nights at the Pelton House B&B and 2 theatre performances, one at OSF and the other at the Caberet Theatre. Unfortunately, since it was last minute reservations we couldn't get two nights together for the weekend we... More

My husband and I went on a spur-of-the-moment trip to Ashland, OR in late August. My main reason for choosing Pelton House is its proximity to the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. It was a safe and easy walk for a lazy person like me. LOCATION: Pelton House is only 3 short blocks from Main Street. Then if you turn right on... More

Within 2-3 blocks of OSF, great restaurants, food coop, parks, brewery ... park your car off street and relax. Lovely, quiet, pristine and affordable rooms. Excellent breakfast with fresh local produce and home-cooked pastries. Friendly and accommodating staff. Simply wonderful. Will be back!

We have been to Ashland many years, but this was our first stay at this delightful B&B. Our suite was beautifully decorated with nice views of the garden. Breakfast was totally fresh and delicious and the hosts were warm and inviting. The location is just a short walk to the Oregon Shakespeare Festival and the Ashland Food Co-op. We will... More
