My family's stay at Leaping Lamb Farm was really wonderful; each of us benefited in our own way from the chance to live for a few days on such a beautiful working farm in an amazing natural setting. Each guest can choose their level of involvement with feeding the sheep and horses, collecting eggs, and harvesting vegetables, or hiking along... More

I can't even say enough wonderful things about this place. Our farm stay was one of the most enjoyable parts of our entire vacation. We are a younger couple and I know that staying on a farm seems like an odd choice, but I love animals and this cottage is situated on the most gorgeous land! It is quiet, secluded,... More

This was our first farm stay and the whole family just loved it! We enjoyed every moment from the time we arrived, to the tour of the farm, feeding the animals, and the hike around the farm. I also can’t say enough about our hostess, Scottie! My girls were so excited to go with her each day for the daily... More

Leaping Lamb is one of our favorite places ever! We discovered it a few years back and try to get there every year. My sons (12 and 14) love it. Scottie and Greg are so welcoming and down-to-earth and give you lots of opportunities to explore and interact with the animals. I especially love Scottie's stories and sense of humor.... More

We had done farm stays in Australia where we lived, but our 8 year old daughter had never done one. When I "googled" farm stays in Oregon, Leaping Lamb Farm looked lovely--and it had the animals that my daughter wanted to see. We arrived Friday evening and we were so pleased to see beautiful accommodations. Our own little house with... More

This was our first farm stay and every member loved it. We enjoyed every moment from the time we arrived, to the tour of the farm and feeding the animals, to the hike around the farm, and to the moment we said goodby and looking forward to come back again soon.

We spent the past weekend at Leaping Lamb and for my three teenagers (and myself!) it was such a rejuvenating, embracing, and literally "down-to-earth" weekend. The farm is not only so peaceful and relaxing, but Scottie is a wonderful hostess - warm, inviting, engaging. It was great to have my teens get off the grid and to taste a bit... More

I can't say enough nice things about Scottie, Greg and Leaping Lamb Farm. We took our 5 year old son there for 5 days. Our son is still talking about the farm and asking when to go back. First of all, the farm is just gorgeous. From the panoramic mountain views to the beautiful babbling creek and walking trails, Leaping... More

Our twin 4-year-old granddaughters are still talking about the adventures they experienced last month when we took them and their mother to Leaping Lamb Farm. The property is beautiful, with stunning views in all directions. We were greeted by the exotic peacock who visited our cabin several times a day. We saw dozens of white sheep grazing in the field... We took our two boys (ages 11 and 13) to Leaping Lamb last week and it was great. Our kids love animals and don't mind getting dirty, so it was a perfect fit for our family. Feeding chickens, looking for lost sheep, playing basketball in the hayloft, swinging on the treeswing in the apple orchard, hikes in the forest and... More
