I stayed here for 3 nights. I have the habit of disinfecting rooms even before Covid-19. The room was not very clean. The top of the fridge, microwave panel, drape handles and especially the phone, a/c unit controls and remotes were dirty. I used 6 disinfecting wipes instead of my usual 4. The morning after I checked in, they only took the trash and didn't make the bed. After coming back from being out all day on the 2nd day, the beds were not fixed again and they didn't even bother to take the trash. I called the front desk and told them what happened. A staff came and took the trash that I placed outside the door. This hotel needs to train their staff more on customer service. When I checked out, I asked for the manager. The person was not available.
Amazing Location close to Winco, Costco, and a plethora of food options that will just sooth the soul and hit the spot!!! Also with a very clean swimming pool ( cannon-ball!) Gas station close and a beautiful sidewalk path nearby that leads to a refreshing talking waters garden walking path for You, Your Family, and Friends to Explore!
Worked well for us considering the covid restrictions. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location had plus and minuses. Close to fast food and groceries but noisy next to the adjacent freeway. If you have children the pool was clean great for parents to watch. For retired people the pool was noisy. Before making coffee check the reservoir for dust. There is a McDonald's right there next to the motel and Taco Bell within walking distance. Winco Foods and Service Station Convenience store steps from the Motel parking lot.
I reported to the owner that I was being attacked by bedbugs yesterday. My boyfriend was informed today that they dont even treat for bedbugs nor do they do the appropriate cleaning gor Covid 19. Today we were kicked out because my boyfriend wanted the owner to apologise for accusing me of bringing the bed bugs. I'm covered head to toe.
Absolutely horrible service from your franchise owner guys. We're in Albany, Oregon visiting family with our terminally ill mother and your staff treated us terribly. ESPECIALLY THE OWNER. AWFUL! Upon arrival, front desk demanded cash deposit which wasn't listed on Expedia. We were told packaged breakfast was available, then it was canceled the next morning. First day of housekeeping service resulted in a note saying to use rags instead of towel from a small food spill (when asked, one employee told us that it was unprofessional of a note and that we should request our money back and stay elsewhere due to "the owner has a deal with the state to house homeless and people in recovery". Next day, our room was "serviced" but realistically the trash was emptied but nothing else was done including not making the bed. We tried to discuss a discounted night or two extra because our trip was extended but the owner said to pick whatever website we wanted because he won't price match online (even though it for his location) At checkout today, the owner was VERY combative, spoke to me wife as if i was second class and he was the owner. He told us directly that we were lying because his staff marked on his checklist that our room was serviced, and he was going to review the camera footage to make sure our do not disturb sign wasnt up. He almost refused to give us our cash deposit back because he said something dropped on the bed sheet. Something needs to change at this location guys.…
