The Ashley Lodge is a cool funky quirky place to stay in Ashley, ND. It's located in the center of town and within waking distance to pretty much everything. We stayed in the King Suite and it was perfect. Exceptionally clean with everything we needed. To get to our room we did have to go up some steeper steps that could be a concern if you have trouble with steps. The owner, Daniel, met us to check us in and showed us around the entire building. He's done a great job bringing it back to life. If you're looking for something a little out of the ordinary I would highly recommend this place. On top of great accommodations we had a lot of fun getting to know some of the locals. Everyone we met was friendly and welcoming.

We travelled from west to east cost this summer and stayed one night in Ashley. Wish we could have stayed longer. Daniel and his family have done such an amazing job turning this old historic creamery building into a quirky and comfortable "hotel". My parents had the entire third floor (huge with high ceilings), my 4 kids and I had the entire first floor with three bedrooms and built-in bunk beds for all the kids. Such a wonderful old building! The town is small and adorable. One bank, one grocery store. Like stepping back in time and slowing down life. Everyone knew everyone and the residents greeted each other by name. I loved the town and would like to go back again. We checked in very late and Daniel's wife and daughter walked over in the dark to let us in. Wonderful hosts! Unfortunately, I didn't have computer access to give them a review on AirBnb before the review-time expired, but I wanted everyone to know how amazing this place is. You should definitely go out of your way to stay here instead of a basic hotel. It is not just a place to sleep, it is an experience!

I brought my high school hockey team here for a team bonding trip. The lodge was the perfect spot for us to stay. Super cute inside with lots of beds and a large area upstairs to spend time together. The small town was great for the team as the girls could easily walk to a nearby park.

The Ashley Lodge is an absolutely wonderful place to stay. The owners are very friendly & accommodating! I'm blown away by the charm & character The Lodge offers. There are "old world" elements mixed with an industrial feel that is delightfully unexpected! Already planning my next stay!

WOW! what they have done to this old building is amazing. What a great choice to stay here. The owners are super friendly. The experience is just unforgettable. 5 of us rented the first floor which had three bedrooms, bathroom, full kitchen with table, living room and lots space. Beds were comfy. Everything we needed was right there. Price is more than fair. Will definitely stay again when in the area. THANKS
