The price for a night stay was within my budget. First floor room had two levels....TV...fridge...micro..range...adequate bath area. Room was clean. The hallway carpeting was ratty & heavily stained. There were several signs of severe water damage. Parking was a night mare. Had to search for a spot for a mid-range pick up. Found only one. Desk clerk was about... More

These units are condominiums that are rented out as motel rooms. The lady at the registration desk was very nice and helpful getting us into our room. The units have a little age on them and the TV was difficult to operate but it was clean and quiet with a nice view of the marsh behind the motel. It was... More

We stayed in Room 239 for one Friday night in September. The room was clean, brightly decorated, with a nice sitting area and a king bed. The staff was pleasant and helpful. There is no elevator, which was not an issue for us, but may be for others. Great price and good location. Would stay there again.

We came into town for a wedding...the hotel was very well priced for the location. When we arrived we noted that parking is extremely tight and if you're driving a bigger vehicle, as we were, it can be tricky trying to get into a parking space. The lobby was clean and quiet. The receptionist was professional even if she wasn't... More

Condotel has nice rooms with morning coffee, pool, pier with gas grills & beautiful views of the sound. Short walk to the beach & near the new skate park. Within walking distance of surf shops & restaurants.

We needed a place to stay for a few days that was inexpensive and this filled the bill. The walk to the beach was pleasant (about 15 minutes) but the crossing of the road was difficult. There is not a crosswalk. The dock in the back was beautiful. The room was ok. Coffee maker and small refrigerator. There are no... More

I want to be as honest as possible not only for the future patrons, but for management as well so they are aware of the areas they need to improve upon. This review is based on our experience in Room 120. Each room is individually owned so this review is based solely on the room we occupied. Future Patrons: Bring... More
