Thanks to Mrs. Leman and all the staffs, especially Dragut North guest relations, for providing a perfect holiday experience with its location, comfort, delicious food, hospitality and full measures taken during the pandemic period. They welcomed us very well. We have experienced the Dragut Point North quality completely.

A hotel that I can recommend to everyone. The reception is excellent Cleaning and cooking is good sea and scenery, there is even a great jogging track.staff are friendly and helpful. You can find the comfort in your home here
The hotel is awesome for a family vacation. It provides a high-quality service, great meals, and accommodation. The private beach is just over the street. The center is just 10 minutes away. This is the best buy place.
Hotel dirty, spit and cigarette buds on the stairs for days! Plates with food left on sofas in the corridors for days on end. Room cleaning in very poor, cleaners do your bed but don't leave any clean towels or toilet paper. Had to ask a few times and then wait 4 hours and had to ask again. Rooms are worn down, defeniately needs updating. Curtains falling off the rails when you want to shut them. Photos on holiday sites must have been taken many many many years ago!!! No restaurant or bar facilities, needs to use a different hotel for food and drinks. Food is very poor, always cold!
First the positives... Location was fantastic, right on the sea and with a beautiful area to sit and listen to the waves as the sun set. And.....emmmm....ok so only one real positive although the shower water pressure was fantastic! The negatives...... Everything was geared towards the south point hotel and although it was only a short walk away it would have been nice if the small pool at the north hotel was at least tidied and dog poo removed. The large Russian client base ( hate to judge a whole nation but it was my experience) lacked any understanding of queuing or personal space when we are meant to be social distancing. They were rude and at times intimidating. However the preferential treatment they were given as a result of this was the frustration I had with the hotel. If you dared to wait your turn, then your turn never came and despite the staff seeing you waiting longer than others, those that just push past would continue to served. This even saw me have my things removed from a table as I went to get a drink. In truth this is more a management issue as the staff themselves seemed surprised and grateful when I ushered the words thank you and please and we’re keen to avoid the vent of other guests. (Some of the Russian guests, the younger ones were much more polite but they were the minority and apologised away from their elders) The room was clean and the air conditioning worked. If you stay here be prepared to stand your ground....I was far too Hugh Grant when I should have been Tom Hardy …
Don’t not go there, the staff are racist rude and no help. Ok my First day i arrival my bath tub was stained and had to ask to move room which wasn’t done till the next day so had to bath with slippers on. Also the towels either had poo or blood on and you can never get a beach towel. The men there harass you to go out with them even when telling them my child was only 16. I would not recommend this hotel.
This hotel is a very nice place, with friendly, hardworking people and beautiful nature. Great animating team, that might become a good friend for you. You will spend a great time there, and you`ll not want to turn back home after .
Disappointed, as was led to believe it's a 4 star hotel and turns out to be 3 star. Although it's been kept relatively clean, maybe in its favour as only being 3 years or so old. Not much of a variety for vegans and vegetarians, which all members on this trip are, as limited to chips, bread and salad. No entertainment as by 930 it's been like a ghost town, was led to believe by my travel opperator (Teletext holidays) that there was day time night time entertainment, nothing at all besides background music. Great place for anyone who is not looking to be entertained and perfect for anyone who is just looking to spend time going to sleep early and like a subdued environment in the hotel, with dark corridors and limited lighting around the building. The staff working at the Dragut point hotel were mostly unable to communicate in English only about 4 staff members were able to but very limited, although the other staff were trying to be attentive to a certain degree. Would be nice if they could communicate better to understand the hotel guests. The views are nice and relaxing, but not much going on in this sleepy little place. Definitely would not come back again as I like a little entertainment and a lively atmosphere. Great place for individuals in their twilight years. …
this hotel is clean and beds comfortable, rooms small not a lot of storage just a small wardrobe and no balcony's. we found it to be fine and these were just small inconveniences. the pool area is very clean with lovely sunbeds, and has a wonderful view of the sea. we did not eat at the hotel as the kitchen was not up and running when we stayed, (early may) so we cannot comment on it. we would stay again if the food and drink was fully available, it would have been good value. as it was we were moved to the south hotel, due to my hubby having physical difficulties and having to struggle walk to the south hotel for meals and drinks, both hotels staff very nice and pleasant
