I do not recommend this resort. The resort is beautiful but the rooms need improvement. The staff is full of young people that are everywhere. They come into your rooms as often as they feel like: one to clean the room, one to bring toilet paper, one to put drinks into the fridge ... at least this was my impression. AND they look into your personal things and they steal. Due to my negligence, because I was on my vacation relaxing and not focused all the time to make sure all my valuable things are in the safe-deposit box, they stole the gold that I had with me hidden pretty well into my personal things. When I made a complain, management's answer was that I cannot prove I had gold. With this attitude, the staff can continue stealing what they feel like. Moreover, I called 112/156 but nobody never came ....…

Very nice place, nice views, a lot of trips, for example to Kos island and to Bodrum city center. Very tasty and different food, nice big pools, and very nice entertainment team, you can’t be bored there, we were there with friends and we had great holidays!

I stayed in the hotel for 10 days it was really unfortunatble vacation. I met new people here from different countries. The beach is really good, so like the service in the restaurant. The rooms are always clean, and there’s a lot of entertainment. I want to thank the entertainment team. The activities was really . Hope to see you soon all of you ( entertainment team)

Good atmosphere. The rooms have beautiful sight . Room services have problems , for exp our room’s safe box became broken for three times , although they came every time as soon as possible . The ac doesn’t work prepared and good . The pool’s wc,s are not clean enough About the Resturant: dishes are almost dirty The food all 7 days was the same Drinks the same Quality was ok but not wow About the guest center : they are friendly and nice but forgetful Don’t get spa or massage at the hotel . The quality is low the price is expensive Don’t get tricked by the yacht person next to towels , the yacht is not what he says at allllll!!!!!!

We stayed two weeks in this nice resort! Together with my kids (11 and 7) we enjoyed the swimpool, the animatie and the nice all inclusive formule. So relaxed. Special thanks to Umut and Enes: you guys have stolen the hearts from my kids. They were stalking you, but you were always nice! We hope to come back some day!

Everything you need to know if booking for a family with children. We visited Yasmin resort in July 2022. 2 adults, a 10 year old, 2 year old and 1 year old. We absolutely loved our holiday here. We had a lovely welcome from staff and check in was a breeze. We had a club family room with a sea view (well worth the extra for an amazing view) We had 2 Balconies both had a gorgeous sea view. It had a huge room with a gigantic king size bed and a adjacent room with 2 single sofa beds. We were given a cot which we took out on the first day as baby slept with us in the bed. The room was cleaned daily by the lovely cleaning team and was re stocked with anything we had used. There is a kettle, safe and hairdryer in the room. Food was lovely with a great choice of meals, the best is dessert with endless choices and ice cream for the kids everyday. As well as breakfast, lunch and dinner there was 2 snack bar restaurants which have kebab wraps, pizza, burgers, soft drinks and ice slushes all FREE. We never had a problem finding a table and the staff are very attentive. The beach is a private beach which is lovely and never got too busy. There is 2 swimming pools both are great for kids as well as water slides. We rented the beach hut for the day and can’t recommend doing this enough- it was €55 for our family but we definitely made the most of it. It comes with drinks and food all day for free and you are literally in the sea so can jump from your private hut right into the sea. It is all yours from 10am to 6pm. The only down sides we found were: 1) The club rooms are up at the top of a very steep hill, however they have buggies day and night which take you up and down so even with a pushchair this wasn’t an issue. 2) There is no WI-FI in the club rooms 3) The on site shop is VERY expensive. We had a hire car so went in to the local town which was a lot cheaper. There is also a shop 5 minutes walk outside the complex. Don’t get stung at the on-site shop!!! 4) There is no Iron and the ironing service is very expensive. We brought an iron from the town for about £20 and used that. To sum up we absolutely loved this resort and would love to visit again. Well worth the money.…

The hotel is beautiful and the pools are amazing. We love the beach and the sea. Very nice restaurants and staff. Especially Sarp who explained to us about where all the restaurants are. He helped us on the first day and showed us around the hotel. We are enjoying out stay and can't wait to come again!

Great entertainment and the team was very friendly. Especially Beste who taught us salsa and bachata. She also did yoga and it was very relaxing and enjoyable. We had a lot of fun at the foam party. Very nice staff and beautiful hotel. The beach is gorgeous and the pools are spacious. The entertainment was number 1 with all the personal attention we got from Beste. We look forward to the rest of our stay. Can’t wait to visit Turkey again and stay at this hotel.

First of all i don't know from where i can start it was very short but I really enjoyed every moment here . very good experience here since i have been at the hotel the staff was very kind they are always smiling. The housekeeping was helpful too and the room are very comfortable and the view was amazing from room (1442) . The food was very very delicious :) The entertainment team was very very energetic they are every where all the time trying to help you. the activities are very fun the dart , volleyball, bingbong , waterball , football and pool games . It's was really nice time with you all guys i hope ti see you soon all . And i hope next year i come again

We stayed at the hotel for 7 days with our family and we love the hotel everything was perfect especially entertaiment team with professional activity for example dance with Beste yoga with Enes and etc. and also the restaurant food very delicious we hope come again all is like family thanks a lot
