Molds and very dirty children's mattress. Moldy bathroom. The food was below average. The staff (waiters and cooks) filmed and mocked the guests during lunch. Beach was dirty and full of cigarettes butts. Terrible hotel, do not recommend to anyone.

i have to be honest nothing good in regards to this stay - ourselves arrived late greeted as usual no show around hotel (self knows knowledge basis) room was completely off to what it describes to be as a *family room* in fridge on welcome were 2 small waters for 4 people when arrived at 1AM turkey time - fold out bed felt like sleeping on springs for 12 nights and when repeatedly asked for extra cover for it, it was never resolved but mentioned several of times (flat screen tv) wouldn’t be even be classes as one - the smell was horrific had issues with shower drain being blocked (luckily this was sorted but happened everyday) room ceiling looks like it has been really damp before and not resolved as an all inclusive this was barely that. 5 options for dishes *lunch and dinner* breakfast repeated with eggs and bread. cables hanging out in elevator fixed with black tape and things falling apart everywhere. dogs and cats do run around the outdoor bits of the hotel which should be mentioned (not dangerous) only good thing with our stay was being directly on the strip and having everything near by so eating out or having a nightly walk and drink wasn’t a problem. …

Food is terrible, 1 out of 3 toilets working in the lobby and that one doesn’t have a seat and its also very stinky. Rooms are dirty, service poor. Beach is dirty. Music too loud in the evening. Entertainment low class. Location is good though.

Positives.. Good location, good staff generally the two girls on reception were very good, beach OK and pool OK but good luck getting a chair . AC good. Oh Dear Negatives. My Room, Had to be moved due to a large family of cockroaches (personally killed 12 of the big buggers in first 2 days ) put up with them for 3 days eventually moved after 4 days after complaining daily), no hot water most days and one day no water, managed breakfast daily as hungry in morning after that (all inc) had to eat out (min €600 at least spent for 2 of us) food awful in hotel, Closed curtain and they collapsed, had to put them back up myself. Toilet not flushing in both rooms so filling up plastic bottles to flush. Drinks apart from coffee were awful and beer tasted like water so again drank out. Fridges in rooms either unplugged, broken sockets or not working. Open drains, poor lighting and pathway more like tank trap out side 1st room. Other room, Friend simply could not eat food even bread was stale after 10am so both could not use all inclusive. also had to flush toilet with large water bottle and no hot water and noisy Russians banging on her door and shouting at all hours and shouting to each other from 7am to 3am. Large quantity of blood outside room on first day. Staff did their best and I will not knock them. So unless you like poor quality food and drink and like Russians glaring at you if you spoke English avoid. Needs knocking down and rebuilding to 2023 from 1970s cheap standard. If you want to drink out Red Lion or Target Bar. Good food at Sultans and Target Bar. All outside hotel. (there was a group large of British who made Irish Bar across road HQ and ate and drank there). To repeat most staff good and I feel for them the busiest department being Tech Services (crisis management) and reception deflecting complaints. £2000 week long break turned into £3000 thanks to hotel …

Beautiful setting on beachfront with amazing view. Staff amazing. Food was good though more Turkish cuisine (which we LOVE) than English. Our room was vey big with everything we needed. We will definitely return to thishotel

One of the best holiday ever we had, first of all entertainment staff, Aras and BengiSu, they are really lovely people, in love with their job and know how to entertain theie guest, also F&B chef and his staff is extremely friendly, ready to help the guests and smiles all the time, l cannot forget to effort of Resepsionist Mr. Duygu, from the first of our stay to till last day she was all the time with us even in any small problem, what about chefs in the kitchen, waowwww foods were super delicious, and fresh, l am quite jeoulous about the owner of hotel , he must be very lucky and relax coz very big and dinamic team on his behind ✌️💃🤗🫶 love you yelken mandalinci, l will visit you again before summer finished 🍀

Had a wonderful week! Definetely would try again and suggest it to my friends. Clubs are wonderful and liverly at night. DJ's and food are pretty cool too. The hotel is located pretty close to entirement and shopping centeres and it's pretty convenient to travel to all across bodrum. Thanks to Mandalinci hotel and personnel!

This hotel is in a great location and we were luck as we were on the quieter side of the hotel (This probably would effect your experience). The hotel is situated next to the beach. Which was clean and had plenty of comfortable beds. The staff were fantastic, kind, warm and very helpful. We holidayed there to celebrate the birthdays of both my sons. The restaurant manager approached us and asked if they could make them a cake and set up a special table for them. We were so impressed by the effort they went to, with a beautiful home made cake, candles,sparkling candles and all the staff clapped while singing happy birthday. The hotel rooms are a good size, clean and comfortable. The food was plentiful, with a good variety - we really enjoyed it. The staff went beyond what I would have expected, very attentive. We had a great holiday in Turkey, lots of water sports available, things to do and see, beautiful weather and still at a fair price.…

Uselly here small and soo chip.this is a small but very convenient hotel in terms of price and performance. it is a class that wants the best for free, while the Netherlands is leading economically, the British guests are more comfortable. The attention of the staff is usually for tips, there are even so many old women looking for gigolos in the hotel,,
