We arrived at the Mandalinci Resort after a great flight, On arrival at the hotel the initial exterior view looked okay, We then entered the deserted reception at this point we had to wait well over 15mins for the receptionist to get someone to show us to the room. This staff member stunk of alcohol. I had requested a disabled...

Arrived for an 8 night stay. Tired after a long journey we were checked in and the first room we were given reeked of stale cigarette smoke, and we were given an alternative. Room was very dated, dark depressing interior colours, balcony that could only accommodate 1 person. The bed clothes were grubby and quilt felt like sandpaper. Bathroom had...

If you are European (I am sadly ex-European - a Brit) I'd seriously explore ALL other options as you are likely to be the only one staying here. I admit it was only a month after the failed Coup but on my visit it was 99.9% Turkish, who all seemed to bring their 1-3 year old screaming children with them....

Visited this hotel with my girlfriend in June 2016. Where to start with my compliments? Hospitality: From the first second we felt at home. Arrived late at night and was greeted with smiles from, i reckon, the best night receptionist i have ever encountered who spoke perfect English and good polish (my girlfriend is polish). In the morning we discovered...

Just returned from a holiday at this hotel. Beginning of the season and usually very quiet. At the weekend for 3 days they opened the hotel to students on a cheap weekend deal. All aged about 18 to 20. The loudest of techno music blaring out round the pool all day. No sunbeds to be had. No food to be...

My husband and I stayed for 7 nights from 1st Oct 2015. When we arrived at reception we did not seem to be expected and no one spoke any English. After 10 minutes we were taken to a room that was exceptionally dusty and left to work out the rest. We found a very small bar next to the pool...

First impression: A TOTAL DISASTER! A room with a bucket under an air conditioner ( which was not cooling and buzzing), a balcony full of water. The room was dirty. Placed with a view on the 'party-side' [music playing to 4am] In ten minutes we switched the room. 'The new one' was clean, quite pretty, working air conditioning and side...

Went on the 4th October this year for the week with my partner and 4month old son. On arrival we were asked if our son could sleep in a bed in the other room as they gave us no cot which as people with children know at that age they can roll so we didn't want to take the chance...
