Everything about this hotel makes it a worth while visit you will want for nothing with the exception of better wifi but that’s no big deal. I would definitely return next year and would recommend it to anyone. Please could one of the kind members of staff take care of the white and black kitten living around the beach and restaurant area when the hotel shuts in October.
We stayed at Kadikale Resort in July 2022. We had an amazing family holiday our room, the the pool areas and food and drinks were fantastic. The staff at the hotel in particular Servet from the pool bar and Berk from the front reception desk were brilliant so professional and really genuine lads an absolute credit to the hotel. Our room was immaculate and cleaned daily. The Captain Thomas boat trip was amazing an absolute must. If I had to nit pick a Wi-Fi upgrade and some minor room upgrades would turn this from a 4 to 5 star. Either way we will still be returning next year.
The worst hotel I have ever seen. The rooms were not clean, the furniture was old. The stuff was rude. Not recommend to stay in this hotel. If you get up later in the morning you will not find any place at the beach.
We didn't have the best start to our holiday as we arrived late on the Sunday night and we had 2 rooms instead of a family room as they were overbooked. We had to wait 2 nights before we got out family room. The room was tidy but quite tired in places, the bathroom was in need of some tlc and the beds in the our room was as hard as a park bench. Thank goodness the pillows were nice and soft! It took 3 days to settle in after our initial disruption but I have to say, the bar staff and waiters were brilliant and really looked after us. The bar staff made my 2 daughters special drinks every day without no fuss and always a smile. We took a boat trip on the Thursday and this was one of the best days to venture out. We queued early to get the best spot on top deck and it was beautiful to see other parts of Bodrum, the food was yummy too. The last two days we hired the private cabanas and it was totally with the €35 as we got much better cocktails and a bit better wifi for the kids. I would definitely recommend these. The animation team worked so hard and were always so happy and friendly. However, they seemed to perform nearly every night too in the Ampitheatre with the exception of a 'Turkish night' in the 7 days we were there. I have to say the entertainment was awful and definitely not of a 5 star hotel. This hotel is certainly not a 5 star more like a 3. It seems the owner has spent more money on the neighbouring hotel which is for richer people. It does look pretty in the photos but there needs to be more upkeeping and renovations in my opinion. Best parts of the holiday - beach bar terrace and the lady making stuffed flat breads were delicious - the private cababas - the view - the weather/sea - the boat trip - bar staff Worst part of the holiday - hard beds - general maintenance of hotel - breakfast options ie no croissants/pastries - awful wifi -evening entertainnmet All in all we had a lovely family holiday but we wouldn't go back.…
Overall the hotel is a good experience. The food is vegetarian-friendly. If you want to get away from the sub-par drinks in the all inclusive bar. Make sure you check out the V.I.P. Cabanas, Emre will sort you out with great drinks for a fair price. You also get a place for yourself with great service. In the night-time the shisha service is amazing! They have plenty of flavours and the price is good. Recommended!
Great hotel, staff all very friendly and welcoming. Enjoyed the whole 7 days I had there. A very special person I become friends with was emre demirel, such a very nice young man and very professional
On the whole I did enjoy my week here, the positives are : unbelievably beautiful setting and views, loving not needing to wear a bracelet, my room was comfortable and had everything I needed, cabanas were amazing and my best two days were spent there. The negatives: very little food choices, it’s main restaurant or a few hours at snack bar and that’s not much for a 5 star hotel, there was no food at all available if you arrived in early hours ( I arrived at 1am and was told I’d have to wait till breakfast), amphitheater is a long walk if you need toilet or want a drink but my main grumble is the sunbed situation. I know this is in a lot of hotels but was particularly bad here, I got a sunbed by the pool once in a week and that was by getting up at 7am. The sunbeds remained reserved but unoccupied for hours and that needs to change, I only like a swim first thing in the morning so could have had a sunbed then left it for others to use but this was not possible. Generally speaking I would still return for a quiet week but would really hope something had changed with the sunbed policy.…
We wouldn't rate the hotel 5 stars just for a few reasons. Staff could be more attentive in the restaurant etc. Maid service could also be better. Also the rooms do have some ware and tear that does need sorting but nothing major! But honestly we absolutely loved this hotel and the location. Plenty of different areas so you feel like you're in a different place all the time. Comfy sun beds. Gorgeous pools and beach areas. So lovely! If you're thinking about booking this hotel then go for it! So lovely.
Kadikale resort is very good hotel, located in the best location. The staff is incredible, they were so friendly to all. The best worker is a Berk from reception, every problem what we had he helped me in really quick time, he know about his job and people like him. In addition, animation team: Fufu, Omar and others were very good. Thank you so much!
Very good hotel, the best summer in my life, great people working in there and the best worker is a Berk from reception, every problem what I had he helped me in really quick time, he know about his job and for people like him I want comeback
