Do not get motivated to stay if you look at the photos on the web. I believe they are from a long time ago when the hotel was first opened. They didn't seem to care much for maintenance ever since. The door lock was too old we couldn't open the door easily. Some of the towels were free promotion materials...

Just returned from 2 weeks of pure peace and calm. Lovely small hotel with pool and comfy sunbeds and wicker loungers run very efficiently by Memhet and Nuri. Room are cleaned daily . I would recommend the hotel to anyone wanting a peaceful haven close to beAch and all that yahsi has o offer.

We stayed at Satsuma Suites for 8 nights. I booked the place upon comments at tripadvisor. I wired 30% downpayment when booking. We arrived the hotel at 10pm and they requested rest of the money for full stay before admission to the room. We asked for baby bed at booking, they said OK but it was not available when we...

We had a great 4 day break at Satsuma Suites in August 2013. We are a family of 4: an older teenager and a 7 year old. We got exactly what we expected: a simply furnished and modern apartment with 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed, the other with 2 singles), an open plan living area with kitchenette, bathroom...

We stayed in this hotel for a week (end of July/beginning of August). The hotel was about half the price of other places we looked at but still had good reviews. We had an incredibly comfortable bed and pillows, the room was air conditioned, had a TV (although we didn't use it), plenty of wardrobe and drawer space and a...

Booked a 2 bedroom suite at Satsuma and was disappointed with our overall experience. The pictures look great, but in reality the hotel is worn out. The heavy sink in the bathroom was dangerously loose for my 4 year old. The shower was either too hot to be in or too cold to have a decent wash. The TV was...

We stayed here in June for one week. After eventually finding the hotel we were shown our room, although not numbered on the outside we had No 9! We were pleasantly surprised as to how compact the room was. We had a tv, air on, and a fridge, and the usual ensuite facilities. The resort itself if typically Turkish, so...

This small family run hotel is a less than 5 minute walk from Ork. beach, but not actually on the beach. The gardens and pool area are fantastic, actually more fantastic, than they look in the pictures. Each room also had a fantastic and peaceful patio area. It was basically a peaceful refuge. And the price was extremely reasonable for...

Small self catering premises set in lovely gardens on a side road 5 minutes from the beach at Ortakent. Itis family run and we were there at the beginning of the season when it appeared that some family were actually occupying some of the partments. The website is a bit misleading - not all of the apartments have kitchen facilities...
