Our holiday started off well despite WiFi not being free and this not being communicated until asked about. Room was very basic but that was okay. Breakfast was also good and had a good sellection and pool area was nice. However, got told on our last day that we were to check out at midday or pay extra to keep the room (unsure how much this would have been). This would have been fine but our transfer booked in the package was not for 6 hours. We had to wheel our suitcases and bags about town as they did not offer us to sit at the bar, use the pool area, or leave our cases with reception. Had these issues been made clear before booking or upon arrival this probably would not have been our first choice for hotels in bodrum.
We ignored the negative reviews and paid the price. First night dumped into a dirty and disgusting room,no information given by reception, not even offered a bottle of water. Not even told that shops and bars were only 5-6 min walk( turn left out the hotel)if we were hungry or thirsty. We decided to sleep as it was late, went to reception at 2.00pm the next day and Anil showed us to a better room,if he hadn't we were checking out for sure. Pool was ok,it's a reasonable size, lot's of damage to the pool vents, tiles and loungers( they have no padding on them.) Breakfast was ok,we managed to find something, some families struggled with it. Slides were as explained turned on and off Beach at the rear is disgusting, turn right and walk up the beach as it's cleaner Wifi is not free, you pay for it however it worked ok for us. Rooms were cleaned intermittently,so we just took towels from the cupboard on the landing and toilet roll. If you have mobility problems stay clear,no ramps and steps are needed in and around the hotel. The hotel looks nothing like it's glossy pictures, tired, rundown and in need of TLC. Harbour is a short taxi ride,go up the hill to the right it's quicker, Go up the beach and look at Parkim Ayaz,a real 4 star hotel. Don't book trips with hotel,go to beach or main harbour. Go to Kos(remember your passport) it's a nice day out, turn left out the ferry port, find the noddy train and the bikes and cycle around. The big water park is fun,but lot's of loud music and not all the slides work. We didn't let the hotel ruin our stay, waiting staff worked very hard, management don't care,if you want a cheap hotel with no frills then book it. I've been to Turkey 4 times and speak the language slightly but, this hotel is the worst I've stayed in. It doesn't deserve a 4 star rating at all. I've included pictures from both rooms,I couldn't add all the pictures of dirt and rust from room one I'm afraid. Room two with the bunk beds and double bed was cleaner.…
We arrived 11th June, checked in, shown to room, never seen a room so dirty. Not acceptable for any hotel star rating! This hotel has a 4 star rating, its a 1 star at a push! Rooms should at the very least be clean! Requested a clean room, was shown to another, the smell of sewage whist aproaching the room was overwhelming. Room looked better inside, however once in, we couldn't unpack, this room was very dirty too. The AC worked that was the only positive. Checked out in the morning 12th June. We couldnt stay! Would not recommend and would advise to avoid, book elsewhere!
Just back from 1 week here, it was a last minute booking and very pleased with the hotel for the money we paid. As I was travelling with my mum, I requested a twin room and on arrival we had a big room with a double bed and bunk beds. I was ok with this and found the room very clean and comfortable. We were bed and breakfast and the choice in the morning was limited but good, there was a chef to cook omelette or fried eggs. (Think there will probably be a better choice in summer) As we were out of season only the pool bar was open and sold snacks and drinks were very well prices for a 4 star hotel. Pool was immaculately presented. Staff were great and very friendly especially the day reception and the pool bar. Would definitely stay here again.
Bodrum beach resort and spa was fantastic. When people do reviews they will always find the faults but you could go to the best hotel in the world and still find fault The location was out the way but there was buses into bodrum for less than £1 and easy to use and get back and taxi outside hotel just get price before you go. The room was nice, big, clean. The staff where really nice go above and beyond to help and can speak some English in most cases and some can speak it well, but we used Google translate. I would like to mention Bilal isik who was one of the best waiting staff I have met and goes above to make your staff amazing. Also the chef Mustafa erdinc lovely and professional The beach is only small but gumbet has a bigger beach which you can go for the day. Carlso does a trip into gumbet to a lovely restaurant shanghai the mini bus is free, the food is lovely and reasonable price and you can shop. If you expect 5* go to one but this hotel is highly recommended and we had a wonderful time and nothing I would change. Thank you…
From the moment I entered the hotel , Melike greeted me in very friendly and interested way. She is so beautiful!! Rooms are clean the food is very tasty! Vehbi manager very kind and helpful. Thanks for everything. I will come back again
Me and my friend arrived in the last week of April for a weeks chill out holiday ..we checked in to Bodrum Beech Resort hotel - we were very pleasantly surprised with our rooms .. they were big / spacious and had a sitting room and kitchenette area and a huge bathroom with spacious shower room . Having booked a single person room each , we certainly enjoyed the space ! All was very clean and tidy and had plenty of towels and water in the fridge. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and always smiling .. they really made sure we felt welcome and looked after . Our reception supervisor Malike was always smiling and very approachable . She always made sure we had what we needed and helped us out with our transfers to airport and made our last day here very comfortable . Overall our stay was very enjoyable .. the rooms were cleaned every day and we always had fresh towels at hand . The hotel is lovely - it’s the beginning of the season so it was fairly quite , but it suited us well. Swimming pools are big and clean .. Our breakfast always offered plenty of fruit and vegetable and was just what we needed every morning . The canteen supervisor Barris was also always very helpful and making sure that we were looked after .. Overall I would definitely recommend this place - 5 min walk from the sea and only 20 min walk to Busy Bodrum Marina for nice food/ drinks and shopping ..…
Firstly we welcomed by the front of house and taken to out rooms, very friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice and they provided me with a travel cot for the baby. Bathroom has Toothbrush and Toothpaste prepacked, shampoo, shower gel and slippers! Rooms were clean enough as was the bathroom and shower. Breakfast was very minimal on our 1st week but this is because we were the only guests as season hadn't fully started. 2nd week there was slightly more options but still not am adequate selection, especially for children. We lived on bread, Nutella and boiled eggs (not together lol) Slides are on 10am to 12pm then off until 2pm, which they then switch on again until 4pm. Pools were clean and regularly maintained during our stay. Baris was very helpful and welcoming during our stay. He always made sure our family had everything they needed. Thanks Baris! We ordered lunch many if the afternoons by the pool, can I just say it was delicious! We are really fussy eaters but the burgers and the cheese meatballs were out of this world!! Sadly our holiday ended on a bad note, we were charged approx £55 per room for WiFi which didn't even work! (20 euros per week per device, so the figures don't add up anyway) We all attempted to connect which generated the payments at reception. The manager didn't want to help or even listen to us in regards to this. We would have loved to return in September but due to that ridiculous charge and the nonchalant rude behaviour from the manager and reception we won't be! Such a shame.…
This is a lovely hotel with lovely staff. The outdoors area has lots of facilities such as slides, pools, seating areas, sun beds with umbrellas and more. Our waiter Baris was extremely attentive and welcoming. Definitely recommend this hotel and would come back again.
The hotel was great. Facilities were good. Location also very good close to shops and beach. Every where very clean and well presented. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The head waiter Baris was very nice a real gentleman. Always smiling and friendly. Very attentive around the pool with our drinks and food. Would highly recommend staying here.
