Amazing hotel! The service is excellent. Beautiful beach and the best restaurants and shops are included in the hotel. Everywhere you’d like to go they have staff ready to take you there with a gold cart. Everything is very clean, very taken care of and such a relaxed vibe.
Our stay at the mandarin was perfect. We had the sea view room which is beautiful. The service in the hotel is out of this world - better than any other hotel I have been. Nothing is too much, the staff knew our name, asked all day whether we needed anything. The hotel complex is serene and relaxing. Want to go back!!!!
The place js very beautiful but they stole from our luggage, we are very sure of this because the things were there upon arrival. If you travel with valuables, keep them in your safe because they even stole our cigarettes, watches and belt. Also dont recommend going on a low season because service is very slow. I will tell my travel agent not to recommend this place for other clients.
The MO Bodrum is one of the best in Bodrum and deserves the accolade foe the beautiful location and setting it occupies. Multiple pool and beach options and restaurant options are there and with a spacious gym/indoor pool. Nicely done rooms as well in the main building. Perhaps the few point to mention to management is how noisy it can be in rooms with trays and housekeeping staff busy all day, making it difficult to rest or work in afternoon. Staff wise the level of service varied from the excellent (special mention to Harun in the Bar) to the indifferent and in some cases a surprising language barrier for a MO. Wish also if internet charges are dropped for such a luxurious chain at the top segment of the market. Overall a delightful place.
My demographic: 30yrs old, SoCal raised gentleman traveling through Turkey with a friend. Enjoy both outdoorsy rugged experiences to luxurious retreats. Overall a fantastic hotel. It was our first time in Bodrum and I can’t imagine a better hotel with such attentive service. Our ambassador Furkan, the staff members Serkan and Cem at Hakkasan, the gentlemen that provided a Turkish shave for me at the spa and the translator (I forgot their names!), and the rest of the team were phenomenal. Overall, I would highly recommend this resort. Highlights: - Very nice check-in experience - Large beautifully manicured planned property - Great sized quality rooms with high ceilings, lots of open air space, and large patio - Great breakfast selection - Location is prime, catered to clientele that want isolation and tranquility - Beach water temperature in September was divine - Amazing staff in the hotel, restaurants, and spa Areas of improvement or considerations: - Our sea view room (#101) was more of a peek-a-boo sea view. I was a bit disappointed and I should have said something to request a different room, but I didn’t. Still beautiful, but was expecting a better sea view. - My friends manicure (paint and gel) was ~$150 USD after tip (no pedicure). They didn’t have capabilities/tools to do the manicure she actually wanted, so she opted for the basic one (short nail). Honestly the price was a bit ridiculous. I laughed when I saw the result and compared it to the price tag. - For those that are used to sandy beaches with only sand in the beach water, don’t expect sand. When you’re walking in the water, there are rocks about 2-5in diameter until you’re far out enough to just tread water. This is just FYI, not a big deal, but the hotel could consider clearing the large rocks past the “man-made trench” that drops off about 12ft beyond the shoreline. You should see the video of me attempting to walk majestically through the Aegean coastline into the water.. I looked like a newly birthed giraffe learning how to walk. This is a resort everyone should consider. Our 3-night stay felt like a 3-night spa retreat, and we loved every bit of it. Don’t stay quiet like I did.. speak up for any inquiry and request, the staff will generously do their best accommodate. Enjoy your luxurious stay and we hope everyone enjoys as much as we did!…
