Natur Garden Hotel's location is frequently celebrated by guests for its closeness to the beach and local conveniences, all tucked into a quiet spot. The hotel's gardens and pool are well-maintained, contributing to a tranquil and stylish atmosphere. However, the rooms have garnered mixed reactions, with some guests enjoying the views and functionality, but others pointing out issues with cleanliness and amenities. While the staff's friendliness is often commended, service inconsistencies, particularly regarding room upkeep and towel replenishment, have been noted. Despite these criticisms, many find the hotel's cleanliness commendable.

Very beautiful, covered in greenery and flowers, even has a garden with a fountain on the patio.
Cleaned almost every day if we left the room, changed our towels. We were lucky to have the room, it was a corner room, with a big balcony and beautiful views of the cabins in the distance on the mountain.
Wi-fi hotspots on every floor, we didn't catch much in our room.
The food was varied and delicious: different types of meat, fish, each day differed a little menu, omelet for breakfast, of fruit watermelon, plums, apples, oranges, once there were nectarines.
There's a water machine, you can pour it whenever you want and it's filtered.
The music is good and not too loud.
The beach is public, but there's no toilet or shower, just a change of clothes. But it's uncritical, it's five minutes to the hotel.
But there are umbrellas and sunbeds for free. At the other end of the shore, the beach is bigger, but the buoys are waist deep, there's toilet, shower, but there was no water.
There's a bus stop right by the hotel to the centre of Bodrum every 20-30 minutes, 30 lire per person.

Had a very easy arrival at the hotel, check in was easy and the reception staff were very kind and helpful. As I have mobility problems we had a ground floor room with plenty of storage space, decent size bathroom and a comfy bed, what more did we need! We had a stroll round the hotel found the bar so a drink was ordered. It was a nice and relaxing area but the central courtyard was my favourite. My only problem was the food I lived on soup mainly whilst there. I appreciate that Turkish tourism has been affected by Covid 19 and the lack of travellers from the UK, it has mainly survived due to Russian, Dutch and other eastern european tourists. Every morning we had the usual boiled eggs, salad and fruit with the occasional french toast included. Lunch was soup, pasta and sauce, 2 casseroles one having burgers and the other sausage. The sweets were fantastic and plenty of choice. The restaurant staff were fantastic, nothing too much trouble for them to help you. We were disappointed with the drinks package as we were all inclusive but it was not fair to give large measures of drinks to other tourists and not to Brits. The wine tasted watered down but that must be hotel policy. Overall we had a brilliant holiday, treated like royalty by hotel staff and met some lovely people. This is my own opinion and we would go back as long as the food improves. Thank you Natur Gardens, have a very profitable 2022 season.

I've been to natur Garden in the end of August 2022. This is a really nice place, wonderfull stuff , they all are very helpful, nice and kind. Hotel is beautiful, there is gorgeous patio in the center with palm trees, plants, and bugenwilla flowers with its incredible pink colour and fresh, sweet smell around, and absolutely amazing cicadas sound . Swimming pool is ok, nice and clean, big enough for swim and fun. There is beautiful garden around, many deck chairs, hammock, nice grass, oleanders, bougaenvillas. You can drink good caffe and tea at the bar, or something stronger if you Like, good beer, or anise raki - I really recommend 🙂👍 rooms are ok, clean and quite nice, could be a little bit more modern , anyway are enough and comfortable for holidays, all rooms have balcony, but some of them very small. Halls Has an open walls with great view on the green and mountains, music around is nice and Adjusted for daytime, calm in the evening, energetic in the morning. Hotel Has very good location, and what is worth to repeat - great, great stuff! All of them with special bonus star for manager , WHO is wonderful, well mannered, kind, calm, always smile and helpful man❤️👍💪🤩 I recommend trully this place and I Hope to back there soon!

Basic 3 star hotel, clean but showing signs of age. Stayed here as a couple, I upgraded on arrival to family room so we had more space which was an extra EURO 120 which seemed fair. Check in and check out was nice and simple, no issues. Our room was on the third floor (1C no lifts), bathroom was small and needed an urgent update but everything worked, apart from no plug for the sink. Nice big Balcony with ample space to dry towels and swim wear. The beds were on their last legs and the sheet were thread bear along with the 20 years pass sell by date pillows. The air con was ice cold and the TV has 15 Turkish channels, there was a fridge but it didn't work. Free Safe in the room and if you tip the housekeeper 50 Turkish Lira per day, the room was nicely made up with fresh towels and two rolls of toilet paper along with an array of towel art (nice touch). Hotel had a large pool which didn't seem to catch any sun shine (weirdest thing ever). We stayed all inclusive and all I can say is we tried the breakfast once (toast and jam only edible items) and looked at what passed for dinner (no thanks) and we collectively agreed to eat out every day elsewhere. The kitchen staff loved the Russians but seem to scowl at all non-russians and the food offered was for their pallet and not Europeans. We did come back from Shopping in Bodrum late one evening and went to the all inclusive bar where we were served by non-smiling bar staff who gave us a flat fanta each. We collectively agreed to spend nights away at the Ambrosia and other establishments near by. The hotel had a high influx of Russians who spend their days making the most of the all inclusive and didn't seem to leave the establishment at all! It was a great base to explore Bitez and Bodrum and 500 yards from the beach and The Ambrosia hotel where we spent every day on the beach making use of their facilities and restaurant.

Overall the food was terrible, cheap items like chicken nuggets and frozen onion rings formed the basis of some meals. The traditional Turkish breakfasts were good and salads, however the cooked food was served lukewarm. The rooms weren't cleaned properly ,even the toilet cleaning brush was devoid of bristles. The beds were hard.It was obvious that the young waiters and cleaners hadn't been trained up properly as they often dropped dirty cutlery and food residue on the table where you were eating.Dinner was served between 7and 9pm ,most people went for the early sitting, for fear of running out of food. The dining area was far too small to accommodate ample tables On one occasion I witnessed a loud ,abusive man yelling at a female guest for reserving the table before him.The pool rules arent adhered to,inconsiderate diving, ball games ,drinking alcohol and bizarrely even smoking cigarettes in the pool.So if you want a relaxing swim it's rather difficult. If you want to keep your room on for a few extra hours it'll cost you 80 euros, which is far too expensive for a substandard room. The beautiful ,well established courtyard garden was the hotels most redeeming feature. The hotel is classed as a budget hotel,so that has been considered in this review,I would be thinking hotel 2stars

I stayed at this hotel for 7 days. Mrs. who is behind the desk is also very unfriendly and sits there with 1 cranky face, this Mrs. really does not bother to help you. The food was the same every day and was also terribly tasteless. There is a boy there named Yusuf who came to tell me that my friend cannot walk without a t-shirt??? I mean wtf? This same boy walks around there like he's something!! Terrible!!!! The rooms were very dirty and minimal, we did not get clean towels and when we asked for them the cranky Mrs behind the counter said we had to wait in our room to get towels, we ended up buying towels ourselves! Staff were also unfriendly and looked like they hated their jobs. First time in this hotel and never again in my life for the 2nd time. People I highly recommend you to book at another hotel because you will regret it! Pure waste of money!!!

I had 2 different blankets the one was very scratchy, the pool and the hotel itself were always very clean, the tables in the restaurant were only unfortunately hardly ever wiped and were very dirty and sticky, the rooms were very spartanly decorated and especially totally run down (see photos), room service did wipe but only the dirt from left to right. The food was very varied every day, but relatively tasteless and the fruit unfortunately always warm and not chilled. The staff were all friendly and also very helpful with questions, Barman Yusuf 12/10. Can't recommend the hotel with better care it could be a very nice place. Very quiet location, bus stop right on the corner, a few meters to the beach, nice seating throughout the hotel, supermarket around the corner. The TV has only 2 Turkish channels. In the hotel there is the possibility to play tennis, table tennis and billiards, some for a fee.

First room we was allocated had water dripping through the bathroom ceiling into the plug socket for the hairdryer. Went straight to reception and they moved us straightaway.
The food isn’t great, salads are nice and always fresh, the mains aren’t for me and I'm not that fussy but I don’t want onion rings or chips for breakfast (especially when they were both on the menu the night before) no pastries or toast for breakfast. None of the food we have eaten here is hot… not even warm.
Pool area is lovely, pool
Is clean, no towels supplies for
Swimming so bring your own.
The barman is the most rudest person I’ve ever had the displeasure of meeting! He stands there with his mate clearly talking about you and mocks the way you speak repeating what you say sarcastically! He actually had me in tears at one point as I felt so humiliated! Tried to speak to the manager but he doesnt speak English so it was pointless. Also spoke to 3 other English ladies who had had the same done to them from this arrogant bar man!
Location is great and there is lovely bars along the seafront area.

In all honesty I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, it’s not friendly, you’re made to feel uncomfortable by the staff who act like they’re doing you a favour, no manners at all.
We chose this hotel because of the great reviews, I’m wondering if the place has changed hands as it’s definitely not the place described in the reviews! We still have another 5 nights here.. seriously considering booking a different hotel!

Worst hotel we have ever stayed at. We came because the reviews where so positive maybe its changed ownership. We have been to Turkey many times but nothing like this place, the food is all frozen no Turkish food whats so ever. Breakfast no tost as there is no toster only boiled eggs weges from night before, white chesse that is not feta nor Helim nor cheddar just some white tasteless thing. No fruit other then watermelon which we like but a bit of variety would help no tea unless you like machine tea.
Lunch frozen chicken nuggets the ever present wedges onion rings and one real meat dish chicken curry that's i and a choice of 3 types of cake that's it. Put it this way it will take you 30 seconds to walk around the food serving area checking every dish that is available.
Satellite TV as advertised which consists of 13 channels less then you get on normal tessestral TV in this country forget about anything British tubbed or any other langue.
The manager speaks no English infact no one does here except one bar guy who did his best to convince me he spoke good English but could not understand him other then how great he was cause the reviews on this site said so.
No beach/pool towels you have to bring or buy your own.
Take my advice stay well clear its not even a 2 star Turkey standards.
You will regret coming here that's fir sure.

Awful place! Reading all these good reviews I wasn’t at all worried…. Clearly there has been massive changes over the past month!
There is nothing nice about this place except the location.
Rooms are old and dated, the showered need renewing and the shower door doesn’t open or close.
Food is awful, cold and no variety, although the lunch is bareable some days!
Pool area is ok, they don’t supply towels for the pool so we took the ones in our room… huge mistake, a bloke come along and literally whipped them out from under us! We went to reception to ask for more towels to shower with and nobody speaks English so we couldn’t get towels to shower…. Told us we could get some the next morning!
A couple we were speaking to who arrived 2 days ago have a guy moved and paid for a new hotel!

The beach front is a 2 minutes walk from the hotel and here you book excursions which are mainly boat trips etc. The buses/dolmus stop right outside the front of the hotel.
